SCHEDULE A – Capacity enhancement & technology upgradation work of Existing 0.38 MLD STP working on extended aeration technology to 1.50 MLD in MBBR Technology

Upgradation and capacity enhancement of 0.38 MLD STP Badah at Kullu presently working on extended aeration technology to 1.50 MLD by way of retrofitting the existing infrastructure and construction of new STP based on MBBR technology followed by tertiary treatment including designing, construction, site development, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactorily trials of 1.50 MLD based on MBBR technology. The work shall include construction of all necessary civil units ( with use of existing units ) like RCC Inlet chambers, coarse and fine screen chambers , Grit chambers, equilisation tanks, anoxic tank, MBBR Tanks, IRT, tube settlers ,DWPE dosing tanks, DMF and chlorination tonner house, filter feed tanks, blower house, panel house, centrifuge house etc including all primary and secondary treatment units, electro-mechanical and instrumentation works in limited identified land spaces as per the requirement of CPHEEO norms , relevant IS codes etc. With use of existing units & necessary piping works with required valves, gates, drains, internal roads, path ways, compound wall tools and plants, treated effluent arrangements complete as turn key job with all requisite civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works & DG set as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components to achieve latest CPCB/ HPPCB / CPHEEO discharge standards BOD10 PPM,tss20 ppm, tn 10 ppm COD50mg/ltr. faecal coliforms100 MPN/100 ml po42 PPM to get the recyclable quality of water for industrial /agricultural purposes. The coagulant system shall be provided as an optional / backup. Disinfection system by gaseous chlorination, sludge dewatering system by centrifuge and sludge composting shall be provided. All STP components shall be interconnected. All units shall be provided with suitable RCC overhead walkways at the STP components as per scope and confirming norms as mentioned above. The plant should be partially automated with SCADA system including providing and installation of real time effluent measurement system with data logger with suitable software to facilitate the online data upload to JSV website and HPPCB sites. The scope also covers the operation and maintenance of plant during construction and trail run period. The scope of work also covered submission and approval of surveys, Soil investigations, Design and working drawings including all layout, sections, typical details, shop drawings, as built drawings, C/O road & Storm water drainage system etc. complete for all components of work for 1.50 MLD STP. All design and drawing shall be vetted from IIT/NIT.
