Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, situated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiseling or wedding out of soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, labeling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil separately and after lying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed with in all leads/ lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. Complete in all respects within all lee\ads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement: 4sand: 8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3(1cement:1 ½ sand:3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation footing , basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. thick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels.

Providing & Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Steel work in single sections including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint iIn single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps bases ,splices ,angles ,brackets etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of machnined wovened G.I wire fencing SWG-6 ( 5mm thick)of mesh size 50X50mm including straighting,bolting and fixing of M.S staples etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of 1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle Iron post 50X50X6 mm , 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel bar bed wire (IS:278-1962 type-I) weighing 9.38 kg/per 100 metre (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with G.I. staples, straining, i/c cost of providing red oxide paint and cost of barbed wire etc. complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
