Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 2.10 MLD capacity based on MBBR Technology and Tertiary treatment system with MMF, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) 100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1No.), Screen Chamber (2 Nos.), Grit Channel (2 Nos.), Distribution Box (2 Nos.), Anoxic Reactor (2 No.), MBBR media of minimum quantity for each 869.82 cubic meter each or more need to be poured as per the above specifications. SS connecting pipes will be required for underwater arrangements of air grid. Providing and fixing twin lob air blowers (2W+1S) along with electrical motors and all necessary electrical panels/ equipment’s. Providing and fixing of sludge recycle pumps, electrical motors, and all necessary electrical panels/ equipment’s. Fixing of air grid and retrievable EPDM cylindrical fine bubble diffusers as per the air requirement for 2.10 MLD STP. Tube Settler (2 No.) with area minimum of 72.92 sqm, Sludge Drying Beds (4 No.) with total minimum area 202.08 sqm minimum 4 unit shall be covered, Sludge dewatering machine- Volute screw press of 6m3/hr capacity, Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 80.50 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, providing and installation Laboratory Equipments, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).
