- Experience as Team Leader or similar capacity in preparation of DPR or Feasibility report of major tunnel projects (Road/Rail/Metro)
2. Tunnel Design Expert:
- Total Professional Experience: Min. 10 years
- Experience in handling major tunnel projects (Road/Rail/Metro)
- Experience in preparation of DPR or Feasibility report of major tunnel projects (Road/Rail/Metro)
- Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural) of major tunnel construction/construction supervision projects (Road/Rail/Metro)
- Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural) in preparation of DPR/Feasibility report of major tunnel projects (Road/Rail/Metro) using NATM
3. E&M Expert:
- Total Professional Experience: Min. 10 years
- Experience in Tunnel Projects: 10 years
- Experience as E&M Expert for Tunnel Design/Construction projects: At least 5 years
- Experience in handling at least two tunneling projects in a similar capacity
4. Directional Coring Expert/Senior Geologist:
- Total Professional Experience: Min. 10 years
- Experience in project preparation/DPR/Tunnel Design for at least two major Tunnel projects
- Experience in similar capacity for at least 5 years on Design/Construction/Supervision of Tunnel Projects
- Minimum cost of the project handled in a similar capacity: 2500 Millions
5. Material Engineer:
- Total Professional Experience: Min. 12 years
- Experience in Highway Projects: Minimum 8 years on Tunnel projects in design and/or construction
- Experience as Material Engineer on Highway projects (2/4/6 lane NH/SH/Expressways) of minimum aggregate length of 80 km.
6. Senior Bridge Engineer:
+ Total Professional Experience: 8-16 years (points: 11-15)
+ Experience in Bridge Projects: 6-14 years (points: 12-20)
+ Experience in 2/4 lane configuration bridges: 2-5 projects (points: 3-5)
+ Experience as Senior Bridge Engineer or Similar Capacity in Highway Design Consultancy Projects: 2-6 numbers (points: 18-30)
Value and percentage of similar works completed:
- For 4/6 laning projects, experience of 2 lane will be considered with a multiplication factor of 0.4, but only for those 2 lane projects whose cost of Consultancy services was more than Rs. 1.0 Crore.
- Annual Average Turn Over for the last 5 years (counted from 2019-20 to 2023-24) of the firm from Consultancy services should be equal to or more than Rs. 5 crore.
- Weightage to be given when experience by a Firm as Sole Firm/Lead Partner in a JV/Other Partner in a JV/As Associate:
+ Sole firm: 100%
+ Lead partner in a JV: 75%
+ Other partner in a JV: 50%
+ As Associate: 25%
