The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.82,20,000.00 - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.1,02,75,000.00 - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1,64,39,000.00 Similar work is defined as 'Building work in RCC Frame of Minimum One Storey'. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have completed these works during the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, a limit of 50% is mentioned for the value of any item of any individual trade, beyond which certain clauses shall apply. Variation permissible on theoretical quantities for certain materials are also mentioned: - 3% minus for cement in works with estimated cost not more than Rs. 5.00 Lakhs - 2% minus for cement in works with estimated cost more than Rs. 5.00 Lakhs - 2% minus for steel reinforcement and structural steel sections. Star prices for escalation and recoveries are: - Rs. 7,000/= per Metric Tonne for Cement (OPC 43 grade only) - Rs. 63,500/= per Metric Tonne for Reinforcement Steel TMT bars.
