The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed Civil works, Construction of Wire Create/ Similar Nature Work, during the last five years. The qualifying criteria are as follows: - Three (03) Civil works, Construction of Wire Create/ Similar Nature Work, completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two (02) Civil works, Construction of Wire Create/ Similar Nature Work, completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One (01) Civil work, Construction of Wire Create/ Similar Nature Work, completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have experience in "construction of damaged wire create with back filling use as a service road" with works costing at least Rs. 329.72 Lakh. The bidder should have successfully executed or have in-hand projects from the past clients in the last seven (07) years as on 31-03-2024. The required prior work experience can be either of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one work in the last 7 years, with a value of more than Rs. 329.72 Lakh, in a similar nature of work. The estimated cost is related to values such as 30% of the estimated cost being Rs. 329.72 Lakh. Other values like Rs. 439.63 Lakh, Rs. 549.54 Lakh, and Rs. 879.26 Lakh are used for evaluating the bidders based on the number of works and their costs. Only five works of cost more than Rs. 329.72 Lakh shall be considered for evaluation. The distribution of weightage of marks for works of different costs is as follows: - Works costing Rs. 439.63 lakh to Rs 549.54 Lakh: - More than 3 works: 10 marks - More than 2 works: 8 marks - More than 1 work: 6 marks - Works costing Rs. 549.54 Lakh to Rs. 879.26 Lakh: - More than 2 works: 10 marks - More than 1 work: 8 marks - Works costing more than Rs. 879.26 Lakh: - More than 1 work: 10 marks The bidder needs to provide a list of Civil works, Construction of Wire Create/ Similar Nature Work, carried out in the last seven (07) years as on 31-03-2024 with documentary proof. The list should include details of similar works, such as the time frame.
