SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT A) SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT a) Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 2.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including landscaping, MCC Panel room, all other contingent i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and following components complete in all respects as per approved NIT. b) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. fine screens of suitable size for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respects as per approved NIT. c) 2 Nos. High Mast of 9 mtr. GI octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100mm, B=200mm, Base plate= 320x320x20mm), window at 500 mm from base plate with 6 No LED suitable size, outdoor type energy, efficiency lamps on each pole, 20 No. LED outdoor light with 7m. high GI pole along Road/path including all accessories complete in all respects as per approved NIT. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 3.65 m wide main gate of MS and 1.25 m wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Total weight not less than 500kg) complete in all respects as per approved NIT. e) Providing and installing 2 Nos. centrifuges (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg. bag and supplying the same in market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer- in charge within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.4 of the DNIT, complete in all respects as per approved NIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. B) ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM b) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, operation and comprehensive annual maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.50 MLD STP at Naguran for online (Continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED. TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluent and as contained in scope of work in the DNIT complete in all respects as per approved NIT. a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting upto 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs/ Outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (o/4-20 Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement in the outlet/ effluent of plant of 2.50 MLD capacity STP at village Naguran with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respects as per approved NIT. b) Robust digital pH/ ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature compensation (ATC) cable length 100 Meter (minimum) complete in all respects as per approved NIT. c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system cable length 100 Meter (minimum) complete in all respects as per approved NIT. d) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED Servers during OandM period 6 year (including defect liability period of 1 year) after completion of trial run of 3 months complete in all respects as per approved NIT. e) Providing GSM, 3G, 4G, 5G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network complete in all respects as per approved NIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. CCTV CAMERAS:- Providing and Installing 10 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP, 2 Cameras for MPS and 2 Cameras both IPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer– in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respects as per approved NIT. i) At STP and MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50 x zoom camera, 3 No. 12 mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode 2.4.2 12 mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work complete in all respect as per approved NIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. 1 Job.....
