Add for electrical fitting and all other works contingent thereto.

NS Item -MPS (MAIN PUMPING STATION).. a) Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components: b) RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, collecting tank, wet well sump suitable for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including providing and installing 5 No. non clog sewage submersible pump set i.e. 1 No. of 5300 LPM, 2 No. 1800 LPM and 2 No of 900 LPM having minimum head of 15 m. equipped with suitable LT panel board, all safety devices automatic capacitor bank and suitable size submersible cable complete in all respect as per approved NIT. c) K9 DI pipes of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respects as per approved NIT. d) 3 No. CI Gear operated sluice gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS304) (2Nos. for screen and 1 No. for partition of collecting tank) as per design complete in all respect as per approved NIT. e) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens suitable for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respects as per approved NIT. f) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, boundary wall and work covered under schedule-1A (HSR-items) and path ways/roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump- sump job complete in all respects as per approved NIT. g) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. h) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by department before actual execution of work complete in all respects as per approved NIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period....

ANNEXURE BUILDING:- Construction of HT/LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, window and fitting with toilet block including sanitary fittings etc. as per drawing approved by SE at MPS and STP, 250 Sqm covered are built up with RCC framed structure and brick work finished with vitrified glaze tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame made with 10 gauge sheet heaving size 100 mm x 45 mm for chowkhat frame, 75mm x 45mm for door frame and 45mm x 45mm for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/Modi Float complete in all respects as per approved DNIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. 250.00 Sqm.....
