I/R for carrying out photogrammetry topographical survey with hybrid technology unmanned aerial system to capture essential ground features and assets on yard area of Kalanaur railway station and Hindon cabin and development of updated scaled yard maps.Survey should be able to generate following outputs:- 1) Topographical base map of 1:500scale covering all features but not limited to building, track ,platforms, yard 1 boundary,electric mast, signals, FOB's, level crossings, RUB,ROB ect in DWG/DXF formats. 2) Contours at 1 mtr intervais with spoty heights in DWG/DXF formats. 3) 5 cm resolution orthophotos mosaic with clear visibility of all failures in ECW/Tiff formats (CAD compatible). 4) Digital elevation model with spatial resolution of 1 mtr in ASCII/DXF formate. 5) 3D model in OBj format. 6) 1080p resolution Drone Aerial Videography. The rate will complete in all respects i/c all Labour, material, T&Ps taxes, GST, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling ect complete job (Nothing extra will be paid on this accounts whats so ever the case may be).

Preparation of LWR / CWR and WeldPlans: For Continuously Welded Rail(CWR) track for as much length as possible, for which the Contractor shall prepare the CWR plans for the approval of the Employer in accordance with the design principles/provisions contained in IRLWR (Long Welded Rail) Manualbased on approved Track Structure.The consultant shall submit advance copy of the Weld Plans on whitepaper for approval of Employer. After the approval o f Employer, the Consultant shall submit drawings in 3(three) hard 6 coloured copies on polyester polyester-based tracing paper (100to 150 Microns) and two soft copieson CD. The scope includes required corrections and modifications as suggested by approving authorities of Railways till its final approval. Required follow u p with various approving authorities including required explanations on various provisions/facilities in the ESP shallbe arranged by the consultant. Note: i)The colour scheme to be followed in the drawing shall be as per standard practice of IR. ii) Payment will be done as per Stages given below - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by engineer in charge @58<37@ - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Divisional HQ : 15% -Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Zonal H Q : 15% -Submission of Weld Plans in hard &soft copies: 10%
