I/R for RCC work as per design mix M-25/M-30/M-35 controlled concrete in RCC C bottom & top ring beams, bottom & top dome slab cylinderical portion wall, cornical slab and ventilator slab etc, including foot step in partition wall for the over heights and depths etc. including providing & fixing M. S. Clamos for C.I. pipe & making holes, fixing arrangements for steel ladder and lightening conductor including cutting, straightening, 16 hooking, bending, erecting, binding, placing and keeping in position etc. all lead, lift, with cost of binding wire including cost of shuttering and centering, scaffolding, curing for specified period, all labour, material, mixer, vibrator, finishing, etc. complete job as per approved plan or as per instructions of site engineer complete job. I/R for providing water proofing treatment to walls, domes, floors etc. with 19mm thick cement 17 plaster in cement mortar 1:2 added with water proofing compound of adilite or similar brand as approved by site engineer @ 3% weight of cement with all labour & material etc. complete job. The payment of cement will be made separately under USSOR 2021 item no. 25071 to 25073 as per actual consumption of cement as per standard specifications. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for S & F steel fabricated framed work for M S ladder and cat walk including M S railing, posts, rods to staircase, balconies et. As per approved plan or as per instructions of engineer incharge including the 18 cost of cutting, breaking, bending, notching, welding, nut bolts, cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of app. quality and shade with all labour, material, T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading, lifting, taxes octroi etc. complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for P & F aluminimum lightening conductor to RCC over head tank including fixing of earthwire in position complete with all accessories in all respect as per approved plan including all labour, material, taxes,GST,loading,leading,unloading, lifting etc. complete job.

I/R for P&F water level indicator of teak wood gauge board of size 230mm x 40mm and floating 21 steel indicator with pully and wire arrangement complete including painting, letters etc. as per approved drawing of required height with all lab and mat, T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for testing of soil for bearing capacity of soil at the required depth as per the directions of 22 engineer incharge. The quoted rates will include the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of repute as approved by the site Engg. incharge including the cost of labour, material, T&Ps, loading, leading, uloading etc. complete job.

I/R for providing & fixing 830mm internal dia top ventilator in the centre of top dome with frame & mosquito proof netting of approved quality as per approved drawing of required height with all lab and material, 23 T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading, cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

Deduction rate for not doing the work of steel reinforcement, cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, errecting, binding, placing & keeping in position etc., all lead, lift with cost of bending etc.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer -in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure 25 conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural framework by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows alongwith theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting thesame in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in- charge. Drilling of test bore hole of minimum 125mm diameter 150 m in the first instance of not less than 150 Meter depth at the proposed site of well construction by suitable method of drilling preferably by an Ari Rotary Drilling. The job includes shifting, transportation and installation of drilling equipment at the site of Well construction. The test bore is to be cased simultaneously vide drilling incase of ODEX drilling or cased at the completion of drilling in open drilling: The strata sampling is to be carried out along with drilling and the samples 26 collected in the transparent plastic boxes duly labeled. The sample is to be carried out at every change of strata and after fixed intervals of 10 feet. The Physio-Chemical analysis of water sample is to be carried out at the completion of requisite drilling depth. The litho logy of the test bore hole and the aquifer zones encountered there in shall be then rationally analyzed by a team consisting of well versed Departmental drilling experts/Officers /Hydrogeologist and the result so obtained shall be duly authenticated by the Site engineers/ drilling staff including the contracting agency as well. The decision for construction of full fledged production Bore hole shall be then taken with proper ascertaining of quality and quantity of water.The specifications of casing pipe are as folows: MS Pipe of 125mm Dia Casing pipe as per SI4270-2001.
