I/R For complete construction of natural cricket pitch as per cricket guidelines. including step of 1.5' depth excavation, 1st layer of pitch 2" brick rodi, 2nd layer of pitch with sand 1 filling, 3rd layer bricks laying, 4th layer of 1" sand filling after anti termite of bottom and top of layer, 5th layer of laying and compaction of 8" thick good quality black pitch soil and after burmunda grass on top of pitch. including service of curator etc as a complete job with contractor's own labour, T&P, handling & re- handling, leading, loading, unloading, taxes, GST etc. so nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the accepted rates, whatsoever the case may be.

Supply of chain link fabric mesh of size 50X50 mm size made of GI wire of 4 mm dia. PVC Coated to outer Dia of 5 mm. including all fittings & fixtures etc as a complete job with contractor's own labour, T&P, handling & re- handling , leading, loading, unloading, taxes, GST etc. so nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the accepted rates, whatsoever the case may be.

I/Rate for topography survey and preparation of Drainage/sewerage Plan by taking levels of the area for designing and planning for surrounding drainage/sewerage system. Ground Levels and Invert Levels of project area to be taken using DGPS and establishing GCPs (ground control points) with the help of DGPS (Differential Global Positioning) including submission duly 3 incorporating the suggested corrections and modifications and supplying the final plot on approved quality & transparent media with Two copy of prints complete and soft copy, as directed by Engineer in-charge Note: (i) Drawings shall be prepared by using latest drawing making softwares and printing shall be done on high end latest plotters as a complete job with contractor's own labour, T&P, handling & re- handling , leading, loading, unloading, taxes, GST, planning etc. so nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the accepted rates, whatsoever the case may be.

I/Rate for detailed orthographic mapping of area through drone to be done for 4 planning & designing for surrounding drainage/sewerage system. Photo & Survey drawing in hard as weel as soft will be submitted to Engineer incharge as a complete job with contractor's own labour, T&P, handling & re- handling, leading, loading, Planning, unloading, taxes, GST, planning etc. so nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the accepted rates, whatsoever the case may be.

I/R for construction of Natural Running Track with excavation, compacted earth filling 1 and then 1st layer of 50mm aggregate (Rodi), 2nd layer of 2" thick black soil and 3rd layer of 2" thick moorum, as per decision of site engineer with all materials, T&Ps etc. all taxes, octroi, loading, leading, unloading etc. complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account whatsoever the case may be.

I/R for submission of structural design & detailed drawing of RCC foundation, fabricated column, Girder, catwalk slabs, superstructure, trusses, purlin, Gantry girder and associated structural members, AC sheeting, end sheeting girder of steel, stone masonry structure and any other steel & RCC structure required for construction of infrastructure facilities etc as per railway codes & specifications. Design & drawing of RCC/steel work shall be in the form of report duly proof checked by Govt. Engineering college /NIT's and will be submitted for approval of Railway. Payment shall be made after approval of design and drawing of RCC/Steel work by competent authority.
