Providing and fixing flamed granite stone 30mm thick of approved size and colour in flooring, staircase etc. laid over average 200mm thick base of cement mortar 1: for (1 cement : 4 coarsand) including 1 jointing with white cement slurry mixed with white cement slurry mixed with tigment to match the shape of marble, including rubbing, polishing, rounding/campering the edges of the grenite, where ever required at all height, with all labour and material as a complete job (cement will be arranged by the contractors and shall be paid under relevant item)

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M 25 grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge up to plinth level, raft foundation, HS tank, pile cap, plinth beam, foundation of FOB and platforms and all similars type of structures including , compaction of concrete by electrical/ mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IRC 112, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with minimum cement content, maximum water cement ratio and slump as specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant/automatic computerized/ electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as 2 required in IRC-112, including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.), lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, wastages if any, cost of all safety works and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable, taxes and royality etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder etc.) as per approved mix design. Note 1. Payment of reinforcement steel including cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, binding, uncoiling and placing in position including cost of binding wire and shuttering shall be paid extra under relevant item of USOR-2010. 2.Work will be executed as per Indian Railway Unified Standard Specifications applicable for RCC/PSC works contained in Chapter-4

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M25 grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge above plinth level for all heights, lintel, beams, slab bed block girder, bressumers, cantilever, string course, bends, coping, bed plate, anchor block and window and all similars type of structures, . including , compaction of concrete by electrical/ mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IRC 112, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with minimum cement content, maximum water cement ratio and slump as specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant/automatic computerized/ electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, 3 finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as required in IRC-112, including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.), lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, wastages if any, cost of all safety works and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable, taxes and royality etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder etc.) as per approved mix design. Note: 1. P& L in position RCC/MCC of M-30 grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge in Sub/Super structure in all type of work, walls for all heights and depths including compaction of concrete by electrical/mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IRC-112, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with min cement content, max water cement ratio and slump as specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant/automatic computerized/ electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as 4 required in IRC-112, including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.), lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling of material at all height including all incidental works, fixing of ducts or any fixer etc wastages if any, cost of all safety works and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable, taxes and royalty etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account.The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture, (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder etc.) as per approved mix design. Payment of reinforcement steel including cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, binding, placing and keeping and maintaining in position including cost of binding wire and shuttering will be arranged by contractor and payment will be made separately under relevant items of USOR-2010).

Item rate for manufacturing, supplying and fixing signage boards as per design to be made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet face to be covered with high intensity encapsulated lense type heat activated retro reflective sheeting

I/R for collection of site data incl. site visit by engineer in c/w measurements and collection of site 7 details, development of general arrangements plan, structural steel detailed fabrication drawing & design, launching scheme for erection of girder in electrified/non electrified section with/without traffic block in c/with construction of new passenger Foot over Bridge with stair case/ramp etc.

I/R for testing of soil for bearing capacity of soil at the required depth as per the directions of site 8 Engg. Incharge.The qouted rates will included the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of repute as approved by the site site Engg. incharge incl. the cost of all labour, material, T & P's, loading, leading, unloading etc complete job

Item rate for cutting with diamond cutter for expansion joint in floor with all labour as app. Item

De launching/launching of FOB Girder by Road Crane with 140-160 MT Capacity. The rate includes one extra standby crane of capacity of 150 MT, all type machinery, equipments, labours, lead, lift & 10 Taxes etc. Note: - Complete work will be done as per availability of traffic block. Railway will not responsible for idling of men and machinery. The contractor will submit launching scheme and will have to get approved from railway authorities before making any arrangement at site.The contractor will submit the copies of load testing certificates of wire rope, slings & crane lifting hook, including license of crane operator before commencement of work in the office of SSE/W.
