Rebate for dismantling structural posts in fencing & other steel structure including rail 1 post in foundation etc with contractors own labour and equipment including all lead and lifts disposal of released material outside railway land. Note: Released material such as tie bar Fencing, Rail posts, beam, channel, angle etc. shall be the property of contractor.

Rebate for dismantling brick masonry structure alongwith RCC/AC sheet roof of existing railway building in super structure and foundations with contractor's own labour and 2 equipments including all lead lifts, disposal of debris outside railway land (released material shall be the property of the contractor except Rails, electrical fitting & fixtures. Site of dismantling will be maded levelled and clean). Note:- 1 The measurement will be made on the plinth area basis. 2. Dumping area to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 3. Rails, electrical fitting & fixtures will be the property of the Railways.

Dismantling CC/RCC/Brick work in cement/lime mortar in walls, floors, stair case, 3 coping, foundation, metalled road, water bound macadam etc. for all depth/height manually or by mechanical means including disposal of dismantled material outside Railway land except rails which will be the property of the Railway as a complete job.

Rebate for cutting, felling of trees of any girth including removal of all 4 roots,stem,branches etc. inclusive of all lead, taking possession of the tree and these will become the property of the contractor. The rate shall include felling, grabbing and removal of all roots, stem, branches etc. from the railway boundary.

"Description: Complete item rate for planning, designing, setting up & commisionning and operating Waste Water Treatment & Recycling Plant of 800 KLD Capacity in Single Composite/Compact Portable Modular Type Prefabricated Structure, based on Membrane Bio Reactor Technology to treat Waste water and re use Treated Water as per required plant. Planning , desining detailing, supplying including provision of recirculation of Sewage/ Effluent for reuse for consumptive demand including desining all Civil, Structure, Electric machinary, plumbing and processing 5 equipments i/c ancillary eqiupment into a Single Composite/ Compact Portable Modular PrefabricatedStructure. The rate includes all items required for succefal commissoning of the plants, assembly, connecting various compnants of all electro mechanical equipments Cost of civil structures,Screw Press and nothing extra shall be payable whatsoever the case may be. (i) Supply, transportation, loading/unloading, erection, assembling, connecting various component/sub-component of all electro mechanical equipments (like pumps, blowers, diffusers, valves, pressure gauge, fine screen, coarse screen, air grid, MBR module, dosing pumps, centrifuge etc.), required for successful commissioning of WWTRP. (ii) Assembly of all components/sub-components including internal plumbing, electrical installation, (iii) Cost of all tanks made of prefabricated mild steel in 6mm/8mm MS sheet thickness for PMTR/Aereation&Anoxic tank and rubber line with min. thickness 4mm externally , fabrication with internal flange ,reinforcement & structure nut & bolts,warsal,gasket fitting for water proofing, leak proof flange connection,post treatment after rubbering curing with steam for proper hardness, sand balasting of MS tank. (iv) Construction and Integration of all civil structures, e.g. Equalisation tank, Oil & grease trap, Flocculator, Tube settler, Anoxic tank aeration tank, PMTR BW tank,Sludge tank, poly dosing tank MBR tank/Memberane Tank , Chemical cleaning maintenance tank, Treated water storage tank, Chlorination dosing tank, Sludge handling tank, Alum dosing system tank, chowkidar room with WC etc. (v) All major, minor and small value electro-mechanical equipments, required to be provided for successful completion and commissoning of Mambrane Bio Reactor Technlology (List of major electromechanical equipments, to be provided, is mentioned in the enclosed Technical Specifications and Special Conditions of Contract for guidance to the bidders . (vi) All internal plumbing (within the WWTRP, i.e. from inlet point of WWTRP to outlet point and electrical works, required for successful commissioning of WWTRP. (vii) Integrated automation system design,supply, installation and its integration for automatic operations of the WWTRP with PLC/VFD. Integrated automation system shall allow the operator to keep track of operations of WWTRP for running in a flexible manner. The system shall provide quick and accurate identification of the operational status of WWTRP with smooth and smart operational control of the system, making it easy to achieve the desired effluent quality and quantity. The PLC - HMI shall also be accessible through web based application. (viii) Operation and maintenance of plant for one year with manpower. (ix)Testing of treated water samples (15 Nos.) for chemical, bacteriological and physical properties from NABL accredit lab. as per direction of Engineer" (Detail in Special condition Annexure-B)

Providing, laying and fixing in position compressed air heavy duty steel pipe of 32 mm dia. HDERW as per IS1239 having anti corrosive paint including bolting, jointing threading so as to make it leak proof including providing heavy duty tee 32x32x32mm at every 18m(Approx.) c/c / as 6 per site requirement / as per Drawing in washing line/ sick line shed over MS angle iron support or in masonry including the cost of U shape GI clamps with nuts and washers required for fixing of pipe with support as directed by the Engineer Incharge including trenching and refilling wherever required with all lead, lift and crossing of track etc. as directed by Engineer Incharge with all labour and material as a complete job. Note:- MS angle iron will be paid separately under relevant USSOR item. All other items will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M25 grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge in various structures for drain covers, manehole covers, flue topes etc. for all heights and depths including compaction of concrete by electrical/ mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with minimum cement content, maximum water cement ratio and slump as 7 specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant/automatic computerized/ electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as required including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.), lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, wastages if any, cost of all safety works and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable, taxes and royality etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder

Supplying and fixing water level indicator with 100 mm pipe metal, float M.S. gauge boards, wires etc. incl. Painting of board as per approved plan for all heights, all labour and material as a complete job.

P&F lightening conductor with copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm fixed to be center of the top slab of the ventilator with aluminium down conductor in accordance with the I.S. specifications, incl. all heights and depths with all labour and materials etc. with earthing embedded in ground as a complete job.

Providing & fixing Aluminum ladder having U or V channel 75 x 30 x 3 m as vertical 10 member and 20 mm dia 1 to 1.5 mm thick and 360 mm long aluminum hollow pipe and 300 mm as horizontal member as per approved drawing or as per direction of Engineer in charge with all labour and material as a complete job.

P&F PVC water stop seal 10 mm wide and 4 to 5 mm wall thickness having ribbed design with central bulb of approved make e.g. KANTAFLEX or equivalent for the construction joints in RCC as per direction of Engineer in charge with all labour and material as a complete job."

Item rate P & adding water proofing cement admixture of pidiproof LW or similar made @ 200 ML per bag ( 50 Kg.) as per direction of the engineer, water proofing compound to be got approved from the engineer. Rate shall be inclusive of all lead, lift, taxes L&M, T&P etc."

Providing and laying in position M 25/30 Grade concrete for reinforced concrete cast in situ as per approved plan in foundation, beam, pillars, dome etc. for all heights structural elements 13 including cost of centring, shuttering mechanical mixing, vibrating and reinforcement alongwith cost of Admixtures in recommended proportion (as per IS: 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge ( cost of cement and steel extra)

Supplying Stainless Steel Reinforcement bars (Grade G 410-L)-Ferritic conforming to IS:16651:2017, for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete job.
