Item rate for manufacturing, supplying and laying & jointing of M.S. encasing pipe 8mm th. 600 mm internal dia & 616mm outer dia inside the already laid 800 mm internal dia M.S. casing pipe under the railway track and pouring cement conrete slurry between the space of 600mm & 800mm dia pipes as required at site with supply of tools, equipments, tackles, manpower etc.incl.cutting, grinding, levelling, radio graphically welding, testing of pipe lines, cleaning & painting to inner and outer surface of pipe & all other incidential works to complete the job as per approved drawing or as per instructions of site Engineer with all labour, material, T&Ps, loading , leading, unloading, handling, rehandling, lowering,lifting, crossing of any nallah, track or any type of obstructions, taxes, octroi etc. complete job. (Nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be. (Only rate of cement & concrete will be paid under relevant items of USSOR-2010)

I/R for providing and fixing High Density Polethylene Spacers at distance of 2.0 Mtr apart to 5 avoid contact of encasing pipes and carrier pipe for 400mm internal dia D.I pipes as per approved plan / as per instructions of site incharge including all labour, T&Ps, material, all loading , leading, unloading, lowering,lifting, taxes , crossing of any nallah, track or any type of obstructions, testing etc. complete job.(Nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be).

Providing & fixing pipe line indicator boards of size 450mm x 600mm (retro reflective type) including making foundation complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The payment of cement will be paid seperatly under USSOR item as per actual consumption of cement as per std. specification.
