Maintenance of existing track and turnouts between and near aforesaid LHS/ RUB during and after RCC box pushing operation including all labour and T&P, putting of ballast, picking of 1 slacks as and when required to maintain the track as per IRPWM within tolerance by aligning, gauging, packing as per the direction of site in-charge as a complete job. Note :- The contractor have to engage at least following staff exclusively for maintenance :- Mate : 4 Nos, Gangman : 20 nos so as to make fit the track for 75kmph after completion of track "

Complete Item Rate for supplying and using Admixture in controlled concrete confirming to IS:9103 of approved quality and make (Admixture of MBT, SIKA, FOSROC, CICO, PRTECT) only to be used. It shall be mixed in concrete as per direction of site engineer.

Complete item rate for making Arrangement of light to work in night hours as and 3 when requires with generator of 600 VA including all necessary lighting, cable, fuel, operator, transporting of all men and machines all taxes etc, so nothing extra will be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be. Payment shall be made for actual working hours of generator.

Complete Item Rate for preparing completion plan of work done by the contractor, on latest version of Auto CAD software. Drawing shall be prepared to the scale as per approved plan or as specified in IRWW by showing all the details of work done by the contractor. Prints shall be submitted on tracing paper of Gateway or equivalent make, 90-100 micron thick along with Two sets 4 of CD, containing the soft copy of all drawing prepared by contractor. Rate shall be inclusive of all labour, material, Taxes etc. So nothing extra will be paid except the accepted rate. Note: 1. Drawing shall ne prepared in the size as per requirement of the site to suit the proper scale and payment shall be made in running Mtr. With Width varies from min. 297 mm to max. 914mm. 2. Drawing shall be containing all the details of existing building / Shed, land- scapping work, washing line with Track etc. The same must be submitted along with final bill."

Rebate for dismantling structural posts in fencing & other steel structures including 5 railposts in foundation etc. with contractors own labour & equipments including all lead lift ,disposal of released material outside railway land . Note released material such as Tie Bar Fencing, Rail Posts, beam, channels, angles etc shall be property of contractor.

"Item rate for Hire Charges of Poklain Machine (Excavator) for working day and night, for digging of earth/ misc. surface under the track during block for early completion of earthwork, 6 required for placement of segment, including loading, unloading of earth, malba off the ground etc.,including all cahrges, such as fuel, carriage, driver's wages, with all labour, amterial as a complete job. So nothing extra shall be paid to affect this item whatsoever the case may be.(3903.11- 9% - 5.30 % ) "

C/I/R for Dismantling of existing RCC /CC/Brick Arch in Bridges by JCB mounted 7 pneumatic breaker upto required level for any height and depth including all T&P, machinery etc including all lead , lift , handling, rehandling, crossing of nallah etc all ascent /descend and other instructions of site engineer whatsoever including disposal of dismantled debris outside railway land including all labour and material complete.
