The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on their role and scope of work in joint ventures. To establish their role and scope of work, the bidder must provide documentary evidence such as a JV agreement or contract. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience of bidders as EPC Contractor for supply of Balance of System (BOS) items and erection, testing, commissioning of entire solar plant. 2. The bidder should have designed, supplied, erected and commissioned Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or higher, out of which at least one plant should have been of 40 kWp or more. 3. Alternatively, the bidder should be a developer of Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or higher, out of which at least one plant should have been of 40 kWp or more. 4. Or, the bidder should have executed in the last ten (10) years either as developer or as EPC Contractor in process industry or in infrastructure development of single work having minimum value of Rs. 4.0 Crores. The value of work experience in INR shall be enhanced on a pro-rata basis by 7% simple rate per annum up to the date of Bid Opening from the completion date mentioned in the completion certificate. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the participation/profit sharing percentage of the bidder in a joint venture is considered, with full credit given if the percentage is at least 35% and pro-rata credit given if the percentage is less than 35%.
