Maintenance of median and the existing plants by basin making, weeding-hoeing, cleaning, watering, mixing good earth and manure, leveling and dressing of median, uprooting and removal of weeds, cutting grass, disposal of all muck within all leads and lifts outside ROW regularly to keep the median clean and plantation in healthy and good condition. The job also includes the cleaning and removal of spilled over earth from median to main carriageway in the portion adjacent to the kerbs all along the median complete in all respect and as per direction of engineer in charge and as per provision given in MORTH Specification and IRC specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and planting permanent shrubs. Digging of pits in all kinds of soil & refilling the same, with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure @ 30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control pit size (.60 m x .60 m x .60 m ). Supplying and planting permanent shrubs (From the shrubs species given in Annexure B of IRC SP 21: 2009 except Kanair )in prepared pits and watering complete in all aspect as per specification given in IRC SP 21: 2009 and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge including maintainence for 1 year.

Carrying out the proper cleaning, and removing of dust/silt/trash/ plastic/rubbish/ garbage/waste from the carriageway, (unit length for total width of carriageway LHS+RHS Including median width), foot paths, verges (Including the verges central median) by Vaccum Sweeping Machine and manpower from shoulders up to toe line of the embankment including side slopes manually and disposing of the waste material at a suitable place outside ROW with vehicle tracking system with all leads and lifts complete in all respect and manually if required and as directed and approved in maintenance manual by the engineer incharge.

Cleaning slab/box type culverts, Major & Minor Bridges and pipe culverts including clearing, cleaning and reshaping of upstream and downstream faces of those culverts with in the ROW. The Job includes disposal of excess material recovered site including vegetation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintenance Standard clause no.6.5 of IRC SP 95-2011.

Restoration of Rain Cuts The work shall consist of earthwork as per procedure given in Clause 305 of MoRTH Specification for restoration of rain cuts in the embankment and shoulders using suitable material and compacting the said rain cut as per procedure given in Clause 3002 of MoRTH and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment as per technical clause 3003 of MORT&H specifications

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 60 mm thickness (Grading II) on MCW Providing and laying 60 mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 40 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORT&H specifications

Bituminous Concrete 50 mm thickness (grading I) on MCW Providing and laying bituminous concrete 50mm thick with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.20%, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications

Bituminous Concrete 40 mm thickness (grading II) on Service Road Providing and laying bituminous concrete 40 mm thick with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.4%, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications

Repair of Joint Grooves and cracks with Epoxy Mortar Repair of spalled joint grooves of contraction , longitudinal joints and expansion joints in concrete pavements and cracks in panels using epoxy mortar or epoxy concrete as per clause 3005. of MORT&H specifications

Repair of old Joints Sealant Removal of existing sealant and re sealing of contraction, longitudinal or expansion joints in concrete pavement with fresh sealant material, as per technical clause 3005 of MORT&H specifications

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications clause no. 803 and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge.

Moulded Shank Road Stud Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values@ ASTM E 809 & ASTM D 4280. The detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280 and ASTM E 809. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 like abrasion resistance and fixed to the road surface using the epoxy adhesive. Two cylinderical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be moulded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl Methacrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty for satisfactory field performance as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifications.

Operation & Maintenance of Highway Lighting Electric Poles including replacement/repair of Foundation, damaged pole, cable, MCB, bulbs / LED lights of suitable wattage as decided by IE or Authority, of required lux 40 (to be maintained throughout the Year 24x7) and all other electric fixture complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintenance Standard given IRC SP 95-2011 and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications in complete aspect.

Painting on concrete surface of crash barrier Providing and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications clause no. 800 and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge.

Repair of damaged Pedestrian Guard Rail as given in Para 9.10 of the IRC SP 84 2019 complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Wrought iron and mild steel welded work using Wrought Iron and Mild Steel Welded Work angles, square bars, tees and channel grills, grating frames, gates and tree guards of any size and design etc. including cost of screens and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position with the cost of excavation and concrete for fixing included complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge.

Minor repair of damaged Single faced W-Beam metal crash barrier made out of members. Job includes repair of old damaged member and neatly refixing the old member in all respects including straightening of members, as directed by Engineer in charge including Fasteners and fixing etc complete in all aspect as per specification given in IRC 119-2015.

Retro Reflective Sheeting Tape of size 75x75 mm on the vertical posts of existing W beam crash barrier complete as per MoRTH specifications clause and technical clause IRC:55-2014. and direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts as per approved drawings.

Removal/ Clearance of slush from drains by mechanical means from the lined Drains as per instructions and maintenance manual approved by Engineer in Charge and disposal of slush, with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintenance Standard given IRC SP 95-2011 in complete aspect.

Clearance of weed, jalla, deela etc manually and mechanically from inner section of unlined drain. The drains shall be cleaned of the deposition of sediments, debris or vegetation growth blocking the drain. In case any erosion due to inadequate capacity of drain is noticed, the drain shall be deepened/widened in proper slope. The drain slope and sides shall be dressed to required flow line and cross section. (Frequency: 2 times the year ) and disposal of said material, with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintenance Standard given IRC SP 95-2011 in complete aspect.

Pole Mounted Blinker with ultra bright red colour LED, 12 v solar panel, pole of 4 mtr height and having frequency of minimum 40 flashes per minute confirming to standards of IRC:55-2014 complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge.

Maintenance of Solar Blinker with respect to any damages caused in pole, battery , any electric fixture, light or any other damages as per Tecchnical Specifications and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge.
