Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 50 mm thickness (Grading II) Providing and laying 50mm - 75 mm densegraded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPHbatch type HMP producing an average output of75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates ofspecified grading, premixed with bituminousbinder VG 30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix andfiller, transporting the hot mix to work site, layingwith a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensorcontrol to the required grade, level andalignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desiredcompaction complete, as per technical clauseNo. 505 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying 40 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG - 40 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS mouled body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing toatal internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity valuse@ ASTM E 809 & ASTM D 4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D 4280 like abrasion resistance and fixed to the road surface using the epoxy adhesive. Two cylinderical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be moulded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in caccordance with ASTM D4280. tHE MARKER SHALL WITHSTAND FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF 909 KG FORCE IN accordance with ASTM D 4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl Methacrylate conforming to ASTM D 788. The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty of satisfactory field performance as per clause 804.7.3 of MoRTH 5th revision specifications.

Painting Two Coats on Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces complete in all respect as per MoRTH specifications and up to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-charge.

Cleaning of upstream/downstream of culverts and miner bridges and drain of shahjadpur urban area as per Statisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Retro Reflective Printed Sign Board Facia with 10 year warranty Design, manufacturing and assembly of retro reflective sign face (measured in Sq. or rectangular shape) made from micro prismatic Type XI sheeting as per ASTM D-4956-09 pasted on 4mm thick ACP/ ACM. Special Inks used for printing letters/ legends/ directions/ theme shall be certified for low volatile organic compound emission & shall be water based ink (non solvent & non eco solvent ink) with durability of 10 years atleast. The reflective sheeting signage facia shall be covered with ultra voilet overlaminate transparent film. The signage facia shall be warranted for 10 years as per IRC 67 and shall be supplied with government test report of 3 year outdoor weathering test conducted in India condition on base reflective sheeting as per IRC 67-2012.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 of MORT&H specifications.

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment as per technical clause 3003 of MORT&H specifications and up to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-charge.

W' : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a 'W' metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be f1Xed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing,laying RCC Grade M 30 Using concrete Mixer With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and centring shuttering and compelete in all respect as per MoRTH specification and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing,laying RCC Grade M 25 Using concrete Mixer With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and centring shuttering and compelete in all respect as per MoRTH specification and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing FE-500 D HYSD bar Reinforcement above plinth level as per Technical Specifications of MORT&H and Complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-4 (600 Dia) concrete pipe on 1st class bedding in single road compelete in all respect as per MoRTH specification and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Widening of Existing Road (Sugar Mill Area)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m compelete in all respect as per MoRTH specification and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including c ompensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and c ompacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H technical specifications and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications and upto to the statisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and fixing of standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white colour using Microprismatic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per Class C table specification. The delineator shall be painted with only black colour powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of retro reflective sheeting only in white colour shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below ground while being installed. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheet vandal proof. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc or as desired by site engineer. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor warranty report tested in India condition as per IRC 67: 2012 requirement.

Recovery for milled material:- Recovery shall be made for retrieved milled material at the rates specified herein ( i.e. @ 20% of rate quoted for item of BC). Note:- Material obtained from dismantling of existing bituminous layer has been calculated at approximate rate of the retrieved material as per theoretical calculation. The agency shall take away this material at the fixed rate @ 20% of quoted rate of BC. If actual material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The dismantled material can be used in any of the items for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) so as to fulfil requirements of MoRTH specification clause 519 and after approval from the employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work the agency can take away this material. However, recovery of material shall be made for the quantity exhibited in the BOQ and at the rates specified herein irrespective of the fact that material is used in the work or not. Bidder/Agency may visit site before quoting rates and make his assessment for the extent of retrieved material.
