Excavation for pavement on service road by Mechanical means and Disposal as per actual at site Excavation for pavement on service road by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead as per actual as per technical clause 301 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This is the maximum quantity admissible for payment, no variation for increase in quantity shall be payable)

Demolishing R.C.C, work i.e. Foundations of highway lights, traffic lights, sign boards by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material as per actual lead at site and as per technical clause 202 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This is the maximum quantity admissible for payment, no variation for increase in quantity shall be payable)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2 and technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 and technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) Grading- II Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading -II Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Bituminous Concrete Grading -I Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for Roadway Mechanical means and Disposal as per actual lead at site Excavation for roadwork in soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead as per actual as per technical clause 301 of MORT&H specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This is the maximum quantity admissible for payment, no variation for increase in quantity shall be payable)

Construction of RCC covered stormwater drains with a minimum width of 1.5 meters and a average clear depth of 2 m(clear depth is excluding the thickness of the bottom raft and slab) as per the enclosed drawings same includes the use of M25 Mix Concrete in RCC Drain , supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 550) in the raft, side wall, and raft (minimum 100 kg per cubic meter). The foundation will provided of a minimum grade of M15 concrete, completed as per the drawing and technical specifications, following MORT&H specification clauses 1500, 1600, 1700, and 2100, and IRC provisions. The work is to be completed in all respects, including lift, lead,reinforcement and shuttering, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Typical drawing attached Design as per IRC codal provision need to be get approved from Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work at site and minimum provision given in enclosed drawing needs to be adhere in the final drawing

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc on Roads in Two Coats on New Work Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads with minimum width of 10 cm in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS: 164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control within all lifts and lead as per actual as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two Coats on New Drain wall which has to be treated as kerb on site Painting two coats after filling the surface inculding prime court with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces within all lifts and lead as per actual as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cast in Situ Cement Concrète M 20 Kerb with Channel (Kerb of foothpath) Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel, with top and bottom widths of 115 mm and 165 mm respectively, and 250 mm high in M20 grade PCC on a 150 mm thick M10 grade foundation. Kerb channel to be 300 mm wide and 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb. Kerb stone with channel to be laid using a kerb laying machine, and foundation concrete to be laid manually, within all lifts and lead, as per technical clause 408 of MORT&H specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement Concrete i.e PCC Grade M15 complete using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete pump as per Drawing and MORT&H specification clauses 1500, 1700, and 2100, and IRC provisions. The work is to be completed in all respects, including lift, lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick of grade M20 in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Dark Shade pigment using ordinary cement within all lifts and lead, as per technical clauses 1500, 1700, and 2100, and IRC provisions of MORT&H specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting of 10Mtr steel poles with 02Nos 250W LED street light and all other accessories on MCW including the following as per technical specification and as per approval and direction of engineer in charge :- (a) Supply and Erection of galvanized steel octagonal pole of l0 mtr long suitable for wind velocity upto 160 Km/hr and conforming to IS 2629/IS 2633/ IS4759. The pole shall be in single piece (single hot dip galvanized) with top dia 70 and bottom 175mm section 4mm base plate 275X275X16mm section thickness minimum 3mm thick excluding galvanized thickness shall tapered towards the top having suitable locking arrangement, bakelite sheet, MCB, loop in and out arrangement for incoming/outgoing cable, rigid base plate of suitable size and thickness and to be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole with provision of fixing four foundation bolts and single or double arm suitable as per site requirement. (b) Supply and erection of 250 watts led Street light (NHSP-3 Type ) CCT5700°K ,with constant Current External Driver and Inbuilt Electrical Protection like over/under voltage ,short circuit open circuit. The luminaire shall have minimum system efficacy of ≥ 130 lm/w. The luminaire must be with /without toughened glass as front cover. IP66, CRI of minimum 70, life of 50,000 hours @70% lumen maintenance. IK =08.The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 120-277 V, in-built surge protection of ≥4KV, PF 0.9 , THD≤10% and SDCM5. The luminaire shall have 20KV Surge Protection device placed inside control gear compartment. Lux : Required 40uniform Lux (c) GI Pipe earthling for feeder pillar with 40 mm dia, 2 mtr long GI Pipe with 2 mm thickness with excavation with earthwork with coat & salt. (d) PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 sq mm unsheated industrial flexible cable conforming to IS 694: 1990 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 V. (e) Supply & laying of 8 SWG GI wire for extending earting to highway lighting poles. (f) Construction of foundation as per manufacture drawings and site requirements along with foundation bolts, nuts, washers, anchors, plates etc M024 750long. (g) Connection from pole to transformer with cable of suitable size complete in all respects as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge. (h) Length of doubale arm Bracket Shouldnot exceed 2.5m and tilt angle ≤ 10 Degree as per approval and direction of engineer in charge.
