The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil works construction, specifically in highways, with experience in DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed similar works within the last five years. The required experience includes: * One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of 60% of the estimated cost. * Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of 30% of the estimated cost. * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is Rs. 1889.03 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of Rs. 1416.77 lac for one similar completed work. For two similar completed works, the estimated cost is Rs. 1180.64 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of Rs. 708.38 lac. For three similar completed works, the estimated cost is Rs. 944.51 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amounting to a minimum of Rs. 472.26 lac. The bidder should also have a certain amount of annual construction turnover and similar construction experience. The bidder should provide evidence of availability of key equipment and personnel, including a Project Manager with 10 years of experience, a Dy. Project Manager with 8 years of experience, and other personnel with relevant experience. The total estimated cost of the works is Rs. 23,61,28,750/-. The bidder should have a bidding capacity of more than this amount to be eligible for the award of work. The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A* N* 2.5 – B + C), where A = Maximum value of civil works, B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works, C = Amount of bonus received, if any, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works (6 months in this case). The bidder is required to provide the percentage of participation in the project for calculating the available bid capacity. The amount and percentage of similar works completed are to be calculated based on the information provided in the table. The required prior work experience for specific positions includes: 1. Project Manager: B.E. (Civil) + 10 Years Exp. Or Diploma civil + 15 year experience, 10 years as Project Manager on Highway, bridge construction, Maintenance works. 2. Dy Project Manager: B.E. (Civil) + 8 Years Exp. Or Diploma civil + 15 year experience, 5 years as Dy. Project Manager/Manager on Highway, bridge construction, Maintenance works. 3. Site Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 5 Years Exp., 5 years in road and Bridge construction. 4. Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: Graduate from a recognized University + 5 years’ experience, 3 years on highway property management and maintenance. 5. Road Safety Auditor: Road Safety Audit Certificate from appropriate approved Govt. agency, 3 Years’ Experiences. 6. Quality cum Material Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 5 Years Exp. In relevant field, 5 years in relevant field.
