(d) These panels are to be manufactured using high pressure dispensing machine of required capacity to inject specified amount of PUF chemical into the cavity of a full panel in one shot not exceeding 25 sec duration. This is to ensure that the liquid PUF mixture is sprayed into the cavity before the foaming reaction starts so that the insulation core of the panels is formed in one piece and provides desired structural and physical properties. The bulk density of insulation should 44 +/- 10% Kg/m3 made from CFC free close cell polyurcthane form and the dispensing machinery should be kept with a PLC controlled panel for monitoring and controlling the injection rate to assure specified uniform density requirements. The total thickness of the finished composite panel should not less than 60.0mm. (e) The PUF insulated core of these composite panels should have the following properties :- (i) Density 44 +/- 10% Kg/m3 (ii) ‘U’ valve of external walls will not exceed 0.35 (+) 5% W/m2k. (iii) Flammability B2 DIN 4102 Pt I. (iv) Blowing agent (non CFC) – R- 141B. (v) External colour of PUF panels would be RAL – 1001 & inner colour would be off white. (vi) Compressive strength at 10% deformation – 2.1 Kg/Cm2 MAKE OF PUF WALL PANEL : AEROLITE/ DEXUNE/HI-STEEL/DIGNUS/ISOLIDE/TATA BLUE

Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples , complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of presast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009), complete including dismantling of old earthing, all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or squareheads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonalor square nut exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Switch piano, flush type, 16 Amps, 230 volts, single pole, one way (ISI marked) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, or mud stios, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete, all as specified.

Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

60mm thick puf wall panel comprising of following specification:- (a) PUF Panel shall be made of 0.5mm thick pre coated GI skin outer walls filled with PUF of thickness 58.74mm with density 44 Kg/Cum +/- 10% Kg/Cum. The overall thickness of PUF panel should not be less than 60mm. (b) The outer and inner colour coated (RAL-1001) GI skin made from hot dipped galvanized steel or the panels should be 0.5 mm thick TCT (Total coated thickness). Each panel should be supplied pre-painted with a colour coating of 50 microns of architectural polyester on a minimum 120 GSM base of zinc coating on the finished surface only for protection against scratches during handling and transportation. Base metal of GI skin CRCA should be as per IS-513 CA and grade of zinc coating will be 175 as per IS-277. (c) The pre coated GI sheet skin should have min coating of 4.5 micron epoxy primer and 25 micron polyester top coat on the finished surface and 7-8 micron primer Alkd Backer on backside which is bounded to the polyurcthane foam. The pre coated GI sheet should conform to IS 14246-1995 with manufacture test certificates conforming to specification. Base metal of GI skinned CRCA sheet should be as per IS-513 and galvanization as pr GR-120 as per IS-277.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4(using 12.5mm, type B-0 graded stone aggregate) Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete, all as specified and directed.

50mm thick False ceiling shall be provided in the entire shelter. The false ceiling will be supported with the help of inverted CRCA tee section 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm thick. False ceiling panel should be made of CRCA sheet 0.5mm thick dipped in hot galvanized having of white colour and filled with PUF. (a) Specifications. (i) Over all thickness of panel - 50 mm. (ii) Density - 44kt/M3 +/- 10% Kg/m3 (iii) Compressive strength - 170 KN/M2 to 250 KN/M2 (iv) ‘U’ valve of external wall will not exceed 0.38 +/- 5% W/m2k. (v) Thickness of GI skin - 0.5 mm. (vi) Colour - White. Note. (a) There should not be any gap at junctions of false ceiling and walls. (b) These junctions shall be covered with suitable flashing sheet of size 60mm x 60mm x 0.5mm thick pre-coated sheets of same colour as of wall/roof. (c) The specifications of PUF shall be same as specified in Para 3 (d) and 3 (c) here in before.
