S&F 3mm thick acrylic transparent sheet, in square/rectangular not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed / lock with window frame by using PVC snap beading with necessary self tapping reviting / screwing and suitable method with and including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from any type of window / door glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing acrylic frosted/figured sheets 3mm thick in square / rectangular area of each pane not exc 0.5 sqm and fixed /lock with window frame by using PVC snap beeding with necessary self tapping reviting / screwing and suitable method with and including and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm (SIngle rebated) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F for 1mm thick factory made pressed steel shutter fixed with 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame of 105 x 60mm and as reqd for cupboards (consisting two shutters) including 06 Nos hinges of size 75mm long and Godrej pattern three way locking system with suitable shape & size 12mm dia MS rod & 01 Nos chromium plated handle of size 150mm long with & including two coats of shop spray synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer as colour approved by GE. Note 1: Cupboards frame to be fixed with 06 Nos nuts & bolts of dia 12mm & 150mm long at vertical outer edge of cupboards brick wall / concrete surface including making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 Front Face shall only be measured for payment purpose.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm thick size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F 30mm thick Factory made wire mesh solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) shutter of consisting density of 600 Kg/Cum and door to be panelled with ss mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strenth and safety purpose complete all as directed. NOTE : The rate inclusive of weding on existing chowkat or any modification as required to fix the new shutter and make good to match with exsisting surface.

Providing 24mm thick factory made 100% solid rigid PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) foam sheet prelam colour having density of 600 Kg/Cum Manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 Certfied Company. Termite proof, water proof and flame retardant PVC sheet, manufactured by single layer extrusion process for one side laminated solid PVC form sheet PVC film laminate should be pasted on PVC sheet with suitable ss hinge, 100mm long decorative ss handle, magnet for receiving door shutter, adhesive and of approved shade complete all as specification approved by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made Steel windows, ISI marked, (Box Type) with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle etc complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of Zinc chrome primer including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, complete Notes:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel windows. Nothing shall extra paid on this account. (ii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle including one shop coat of Zinc Chromate primer complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.
