Material and Labour for Bitumenous concrete (BC) 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) layer conforming to clause 507 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, crushed aggregate of grading 2, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved job mix formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen of specific temperature throughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives as per mix design in hot mix plant (batch type), carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and and suitable arrangements, laying and hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber through rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed

Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 5.5 % VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4 % by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision).(ii) The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula form lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of Filler i.e. rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) if qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs. 45.00 Per KG and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified is respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specification entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause no. 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Providing, laying & Compaction of bituminous, macadam (BM)compacted thickness 50 mm conforming to clause 504 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision) using mechanically crushed stone aggeagates and granual material etc of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) premixed with bitumenous binder Bitumen grade VG-30 @3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch type Hot Mix Plant transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Mix Design for Bituminous macadam shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs. 45.00 Per KG and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified is respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Material and labour for 2 mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by special applicator Machine at desired temperature all as per manufacturer instructions, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Monocrystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in sub base finish even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size (design approved by GE) casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushioning (sand to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour sand cushioning under interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour providing pree cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crused stone agg in kerb stones including necessary from work with plain fair face including chamfers, weathering throating ect set and jointed in position in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
