MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS under Sch 'A' Section-VII are not prepriced by MES and item Rate to be quoted by contractor for each item.

M&L for boring of holes under road pavement motor hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessay machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 40 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of street light bracket to fix the street light fitting made out of suitable dia (40mm) light grade GI pipe 1.5 mtr long suitable for mounting of street light fittings on poles/ wall incl provision of two nos flate iron clamps made out bent to shape of 50x6mm flat iron and fixing nuts and bolts in position including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed .

S & F cable junction boxes hot pressed moulded SMC boxes with hinged door fixing of size 230x170x105mm with MS CLAMP 20x5mm made to shape with necessary nuts bolts washers and cable glands etc complete and comprising of the following : (i) Aluminium Bus bar 100 Amps Capacity of suitable size 02 Nos mounted over porcelain insulator with nuts and bolts and washers. (ii) MCB DP 6 Amps-01 No (iii) PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm size three core in rigid non metallic PVC conduits 20 mm dia (from junction box to street light) complete fixed on pole wih 25x3mm clamps.

Supply installation commissioning and testing of LT Panel Board (minimum of size Height 1900mm x width 1300mm x side 500mm) outdoor type factory made out of CRCA sheet 3.0 mm thick dust & vermin proof front and rear opening shutters having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof antirusted powder coated including aluminium Bus Bar of 200 Amps rating of suitable length 440 volts 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz mounted on suitable type of insulator complete with bottom removable gland plates as required. all internal connection wiring will be with min 2.5 sqmm copper wires. Panel shall be comprising of seperate chambers/ modules/ compartment to accomodate incomer MCCB, outgoing MCCB and instrument chamber comprises of digital Ammeter & voltmeter flush mounted selector switches RYB indicator OT's etc. complete mounted on suitable size of MS angle frame stand of minimum 450 cm height from ground level incl PCC and earth work required to fix the stand incl replacement of old u/s panel. The panel board shall be comprising of he following conforming to CPRI - (a) Incomer : MCCB 4 Pole 415 V 125 A (25KA) - 01 No Outgoing: (a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 V 63 A (25KA) - 02 Nos (b) MCB 4 Pole 415 V 25 A (10 KA) - 03 Nos (c) Blank chamber for starter / TP/ TPN/MCBs

S & F LED Aviation obstruction light 50-60 W incl taking down old u/s existing light Complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm, 2 core, 1100 Volts grade

Supply and installation and testing water level monitoring digital control device. The operating of completed device through compact electronics MICRO SWITCH SYSTEM display- Direct in digital supply system 230 Volts AC +- 10% 50 Hz Alarm for upper & lower pre adjustable as per requirement Temperature range -5 degree C to 50 degree C. Humidity upto 95% RH to be installed at overhead/ underground Sump/tank at any level and display shall be at reqd place/ pump houses.

M&L for Demolition of existing CI pipe of 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI Pipe fitting (Tee, bends any type radium and angle) tapers any type (straight bend, increasing decreasing or double sockets etc) junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs for all size dia DI pipe.

M&L for valve chamber of size 900mmX900mmX900mm (internal size) with brick masonary 230 mm thick in CM 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation 75 mm thick, finished fair and even PCC 1:2:4 type. B1 coping 150mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cemen mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external) mild steel cover of 3.15 mm thick including mild steel angle iron 40x40x6mm size frame fixed to PCC coping with the same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangements metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminus paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/ concrete surfaces with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 2,30,882.00
