Removing excavated material (soils) n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing machine crafted box type cabinet for kitchen using 19 mm thick PVC sheet with single Side Prelaminated particle and other side plain coloured sheet with and including all necessary fittings and fixtures to install the wire basket/shelfs, shutters, shall be fixed by using full overlay MS clip on hinges high quality nickel plated satin finish size 101mm-150mm, 02 Nos per leaf , including all necessary fittings , channels , 150 mm S/S Handles complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Wire basket shall be measured separetely. (ii) Front area of box shall be considered for payment purposes (Box including inner sides, back sides, shelfs and front area). (iii) Depth of box shall be equal to the width of cooking platform/as per requirement.

Supply and fixing wire basket made of top quality 304 grade stainless steel , Nickel chromium plated (Ni 4 %) of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size350x250x7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick pre-polished green marble(Udaipur green) (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and installation of cold water Grease trap made for separating oil/grease waste from kitchen/ dinning hall waste water & suitable for fixing above or below the GL. The complete grease trap made with stainless steel 2mm thick sheet grade SS-304. The grease trap consist with three partitions, solid waste collection chamber with stainless steel moveable basket madeout with perforated sheet for arresting solid food waste having lifting handle upto top level for easy lifting, oil & grease separating & collection chamber, treated water collection chamber, inlet, outlet pipes, air/vent pipe, taps, oil indicater etc, oil chamber shall arrangement & connected with container of 5 Ltr capacity with pulling out facility, including connecting to existing sewage line complete including all accessories as required to make grease separation sytem effective & efficent. The over all size of the grease trap shall be 1200mm x 600mm x 600mm, walls made with stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet grade SS-304, with SS openable top cover, odour free when closed and easy to clean from top, and having flow rate 400 lit/ min and volume 450 litres, bottom to centre of outlet 500mm. Inlet and outlet shall be 100mm bore coupling all as per manufacturer instruction, complete with connection to kitchen trap and outlet with sewage line complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i).The Grease Trap shall be procured from the manufacturer as approved by GE. (ii) The design, shape and pattern shall be approved by GE. all as per manufacturer instruction

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil including necessary watering ramming, compaction as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and cuvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and including necessary earth work/excavation, refilling & removal of soil from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade (glossy finish) with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required stregth, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory methoud using PU bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Paver block to be approved by GE before execution.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in different colours (as approved) in alternate layers/patterns if required over a coat of priming paint as in kerpn stone painting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in and jointed in trenches/floors etc complete with without collars as required , complete all as specified and directed.
