M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for Separately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

M&L rendering 05mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling or chajjas surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white lime wash on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair to soffit of RCC slab and similar works by dismantling of loose/disintegrated portion of RCC/plaster from ceiling of slab, edges and the like, cleaning surface with wire brush to remove all dust/dirt/loose particles to expose old steel reinforcement, welding of reinforcement and providing by welding wire mesh having weight not less than 3 Kg per sqm, applying neat cement slurry@ 3Kg per sqm and 30mm to 35mm thick rendering in two layers (1st layer 20 to 25 mm thick dubbing in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1;2;4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate , finished even and fair without using extra cement and after that second layer 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including removal of rubbish/demolished material outside of Defence laind, including scaffolding up to 3m height and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge . Note:- Quoted rate against this item shall includ the cost of wire mesh, nessary T & P, safety equipments, scaffolding etc and nothing extra shall be admissible.

M & L for repair to soffit of RCC projection chajjas, facia, bends, railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/disintegrated portion of RCC/plaster from ceiling of slab, edges and the like, cleaning surface with wire brush to remove all dust/dirt/loose particles to expose old steel reinforcement, welding of reinforcement and providing by welding wire mesh having weight not less than 3 Kg per sqm if required at site, applying neat cement slurry@ 3Kg per sqm and 25mm to 30mm thick rendering in two layers (1st layer 15 to 20 mm thick dubbing in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1;2;4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate , finished even and fair without using extra cement and after that second layer 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including removal of rubbish/demolished material outside of Defence laind, including scaffolding up to any height and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge . Note:- Quoted rate against this item shall includ the cost of wire mesh, nessary T & P, safety equipments, scaffolding etc and nothing extra shall be admissible.

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity 500 litre and upto and including 1000 litre & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No. 18 to 28 (1) Before carrying out the periodical services, contractor shall ensure that the surfaces of wall/roof/chajjas, PVC rain water pipe / soil waste pipes , open roof terraces, junction of wall and chajjas where periodical services has to be carried out shall be free from shrubs / bushes/roots/vegetation etc. 2. The rates quoted by the contractor for item Nos. 18 to 28 includes the cleaning and removing shrubs / bushes/roots/vegetation etc. from the surfaces of wall/roof/chajjas, PVC rain water pipe / soil waste pipes , open roof terraces, junction of wall and chajjas and removing the same to out side defence land. No extra payment shall be paid for the same. 3. The quoted rates for item Nos. 18 to 28 also includes the making good to the entire disturbed portion of walls/roof/chajjas, PVC rain water pipe / soil waste pipes , open roof terraces, junction of wall and chajjas with cement mortar 1:4 arises during the process of cutting / uprooting of grass / shrubs / bushes/roots/vegetation, etc from the surface. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Writing to letters or figures (Block, Romen, Italic or Indain) not exe 30 cm high on existing surfaces (including retouching / repainting with black paint underneath) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..
