Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L galvanised iron tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L galvanised iron tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20mm bore cast copper alloy stop valves screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, scrwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and not exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks from bottom, sites along with mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words, in the formate day/month/year, refixing, reconnecting in position to make it operationer complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

M&L for preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whethere full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including emoving old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus, moss, small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding, coping (for interlocking tile fixing) levelling course and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including form work where ever required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening concrete surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only , complete, all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan–necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor or fixed to wall , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc., cut to within 20mm of the length indicated, quality confirming to GDE Fe–410–W complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

S&F rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, hollow or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated manglore tile steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep, getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M items) Supply and fixing LED Flood lights, 100 watt, IP-66, aluminium die cast housing with unique lens system and toughened glass with gasket 240 volt, 50Hz, AC supply complete with all accessories internally pre wired including connecting with flexible copper conductor to connector of the light with necessary fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'B' curve as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN, 40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA, 'B' curve, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with double door IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 6 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 10 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron Earth strip protected by GI pipe 32mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing as in repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion.
