Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered /undecorated surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and scrapped surface area to obtain smooth finishing as required and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification and using roller brush, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two coats to achieve smooth surface complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and false ceiling frame work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including false rafters, purlins, fillets etc from framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down roof trusses of any description exceeding 4m and not exceeding 8m clear span with care, including removing coupled refters or trussed beams, base plates with nut bolts etc, securely for refixing in same/other position complete, all as specified and directed.

Refixing old roof trusses (truss obtained from serial item no 11 herein before) over span exceeding 4m and not exceeding 8m of any description or weight, including renewal of defective member, if required (mild steel member renewed to be measured separately under serial no 14) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for mild steel perlins/rafters and similar articles of ERW tubular trusses including fixing special shaped washer, nuts and bolts etc.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161–1979 grade St.–240 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated asbestos cement sheet of any thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern coverings, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (Ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.

Supply and fixing for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated manglore tile steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :– Colouron+ of JSW or Durashine of TATA or neucolor of Jindal (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm as in floor, tread or similar work, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality with highlighter or as approved pattern by GE in vertical surfaces /skirtings /dados of size 300x600 x7-8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B–0, as in sub base floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe–410–W (Grade E–250) quality 'A' , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces. (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T– section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf. (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T-section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. (iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf. vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf. vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame. (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws. (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessories as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts etc. complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinges 100mm long medium weight, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete, all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing GI Metal colour powder coated lay in or linear ceiling system at all heights of perforated with fleece 600x600x0.5mm tegular edge tiles in global colour powder coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on 24mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the Main Runner, 600 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, with Light Reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit. Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals. The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module (24X38X0.3mm). Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), including PVC clips to hold the ceiling tile, complete, all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe 410–W (Gde E–250) quality A, complete, all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep, getting out in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M items) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc., complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth strip protected by GI pipe 32mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing as in repair, complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 16 sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade as in repair, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing light grade GI Tubing of size 32mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers or in trenches as in repair, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing light grade GI Tubing of size 25mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers or in trenches as in repair, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for dry sand cushoning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt brick class-B laid flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
