M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD over one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of weather proof paint and including of a coat of exterior wall primer one two coat acryllic wall care putty as aprproved by Manufacture. NOTE: The work under this item shall be carried out by contractor from authorised applicator of manufacturer. The contractor shall also stand for guarantee of the quality and finish of work under this item for period for a period of four years from certified date of completion of complete work for which an amount Rs 20/Sqm of quantity of work done under this item shall be retained in final bill.This amount shall be returned only after completion of guarantee complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track sliding 88x52mm, (2/4 shutter ) glass and wire mesh shutter windows, made of reinforcement frame 60mm x 22 mm, sliding glass window sash 78mmx60mm, reinforcement sash 30mmx18 mm, sliding mesh sash 78mmx50mm, reinforcement mesh sash 26mmx10mm, sliding interlock for window and sliding glazing bead 24.5 mm x 16mm, one panel (position as directed by Engr in cahrge) will be fixed and diveded in two portion fixed with 4mm thick plain clear glaas , mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket 1.2 ± 0.2 mm thick, galvanised steel frame(28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in requrred profile. Hardware Casement handle made of Zinc alloyed (white powder coated), Butt hinges of zinc alloyed (White powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system and 4 mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and stainless steel wire gauge complete all as specified and directed. M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 mm thick as in vertical surface in light and dark shade combination set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush ,over and including 10mm thick baking coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. complete all as specified including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) tiles oof size 400 x 400 mm in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:6) set and in neat cement slurry and pointed flush with to match and complete all as spd and directed including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 600mm x 1200 mm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and flush pointed, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
