S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters,(powder coating not less than 50 micron) any colour, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters,powder coating og any colour (Tjhickness of poweder coating not less than 50 micron side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prlaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed with screw to timber/aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5mm thick figured sheet glass pinhead type in square exc 0.5 sqm each panes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed in wooden/steel/Aluminium windows, or Stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thickness, incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws (with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles). The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness , M-35 grade, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set jointed and pointe in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in side of path / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping of hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, over brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-1975 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering,15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M & L 10mm thick rendering in ceilings in CM(1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings & M & L for applying three coats ofd white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including preparing old plaster surfaces filling of holes with plaster of paris and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over applying a coat of wall care putty on walls 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Iron/RCC fencing posts or struts any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground after embedding new posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets etc for horn, fixing of barbed wire to RCC post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in fdn filling and mass concrete and filling of footing for fencing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L round bars Fe 410W of 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, cindluding cranking, bending spirally for hooping and fixing as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, of any size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.( Supply of chain link shall be measured complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:4 finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
