Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-1 with flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed.

Laying only old serviceable precast concrete cable cover as in trenches, laid flat for protection of cable, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed. Note: Old but serviceable cable cover obtained from BOQ item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

Dismantling & taking down of old unserviceable ACSR conductor any type including jumpers binding wire any section etc. including removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Digging & taking out of cable loop of HT XPLE cable of any size/rating including excavation and returning filling after rectification of fault and providing of 11 KV grade suitable for indoor/outdoor type terminal heat shrinkable type joints whereever required complete all as specified & directed. Note: The S&F of end/straight through cable joint wherever required will be measured and paid seperately. The earth work in any type of soil is included in quoted rates.

M&L ACSR conductor, steel reinforced any type (Weasel, Beaver, Ferret, Mink) including stretching on insulators with aluminium taps, jumping, binding on poles with minimum sag including binding wire, jointing sleeves, and PG clamps of suitable size complete all as specified & directed. Notes :- The quoted rates includes Jumper on cutout point, 2 pole/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC sleeves .

M&L cradles guard, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4.00 mm dia including dismantling of old existing cradle guard complete all as specified & directed.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor with and including binding of sagged loose conductors, of any type fixed on HT poles, at any locations including tightening the cross arms complete all as specified & directed. Note: Three lines of ACSR conductor shall be measured as one length.

M&L in replacement jumpers of squirrel ACSR conductor 2 mtr long inlcuding stranded PG clamps in design of two Aluminium alloy with two or more galvanized steel bolts fixed at one end, the jumpers will be wrapped with PVC sleeves 15mm dia in different colour complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement post insulator, 11000 volts grade for gang operated air breaker switch including necessary nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling/taking down/out old unservieable air break gang operated switch from two/four pole structure including supply & fixing Switch Air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, outdoor type, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, heavy grade GI pipe from ground level with & including locking arrangement & minumum 02 Nos. eye hook, 200 Amps current rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No.19.00 here-in-before but 400 Amp current rating.

S&F in replacement male contacts suitable for 400 amps rating vertical mounted gang operated air breaker switch 11000 volts grade including necessary nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement female contacts suitable for 400 amps rating vertical mounted gang operated air breaker switch 11000 volts grade including necessary nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement 75mm bore HDPE pipes, ISI marked, alongwith fittings and jointing with jointing materials for cable protection, laid in trenches/floors or fixed to poles/wall complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 23.00 here-in-before but 100mm bore HDPE pipes

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & watering pipe GI 20 mm bore medium grade 1.5 mtr long including protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long, wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in any type of soil and refilling, pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion at site including dismantling/taking out/down of old existing earthing any type complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance(i.e. less than 3 ohm) is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (ii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

S&F in replacement lightening arrestor (set of three), expulsion type,11000 Volt, 65 kilo amp discharge capacity with all fittings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts on pole, for HT of 25cm x 20cm size as per SSR Part-I complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 X 300 mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of blue & orange(AF pattern) colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cleaning and preparation of surfaces of HT/LT steel tubular poles(any size) with emery paper, filling the voids with suitable filler materials and applying two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer to poles, cross arms, brackets, hooks, junction box, stay clamps with and including making blue & orange(AF pattern) strip 30cm wide (5 Nos) upto 1.5 mtrs from PCC coping and marking the numbering on poles with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arm as existing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling & disconnecting electric connections of underground HT, XLPE cable,11 KV upto 240 Sqmm, from both sides and locating the fault in cable with fault locating machine in the entire length, removing moisture from cable, charging the HT cable with modern fault detector equipment by expert Engineers including reconnecting & commissioning the cable to make it functional complete all as specified & directed. Note: The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house after liasoning with Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement cable route indicator made of cast iron & embedded HT cable on 5 mm thick plate of size 80 mm dia including grouting the lugs of suitable size, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates block of size 150mm x150mm x 150mm in foundation including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) PCC work including form work included in quoted rates. (ii) Steel surface shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of zince oxide primer and quoted rated are deemed to be included for this aspect.

S&F Drop out fuse 5 Amp to 20 Amp in existing air break switch of 11KV at different locations complete all as specified & directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, taxi track, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto size 75mm to 100mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 1mtr) by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and using necessary machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil /material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified & directed. Note: LT/HT cable & GI pipe shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for spreading/levelling/compacting 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in layer not exceeding 150mm thick each layer around the transformer at sub station complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for spreading/levelling/compacting 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in layer not exceeding 150mm each layer complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting/ Lopping of tree branches (any girth) upto any height and any type of trees in route of / along the running HT OH conductor 11000 volts lines using suitable T&P and removal of cut branches from site to distance exceeding 250 mtr complete all as specified & directed. Note :-The tree branches after cutting, shall be 2.00 mtr away from the outer conductor of OH lines.

Digging of HT XPLE cable of any size including excavation and returning filling and shifting/relying the same by providing straight through cable joint kit with addition of HT cable in and jointing material of 3.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of any size complete all as specified & directed. Note : The S&F of end/straight through cable joint kit shall be measured and paid seperrately. Earth work in any type of soil is included in quoted rates.

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
