Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH grade copper conductor 1100 V grade drawn through and including non-metallic rigid 20 mm dia PVC conduit, medium grade, including conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminated to and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet), modular metal frame plate and white cover for switches, sockets / regulators etc., including 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH grade copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly with brass screws, washers etc., complete all as specified and directed for follwing points controlled by one one-way 6A switch. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cutting chases and making good to match with the existing surfaces. (ii) Modular metal boxes and modular white cover with frame etc. will be measured and paid separately in the relevant items of this schedule.

S & F in replacement of LED polycarbonate T8 tube with inbuilt driver and metal heat sink 20W , efficiency 100 lm/W connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE:- (i) Two runs of 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor, one runs of 2.5 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same accordingly. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cutting chases and making good to match with the existing surfaces.

NOTE:- (i) Two runs of 10 sq.mm copper conductor, one runs of 10 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same accordingly. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cutting chases and making good to match with the existing surfaces.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 100mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (b) Rate quoted shall deemed to include GI earth strip and GI protection pipe light grade. (c) Rate quoted shall deemed to include taking down old items. (d) Minimum 100 Kg salt and 100 Kg charcoal granual type to be used for each earth pit. The bed to be done in 3 x 15 cm depth of salt and 3 x 15 cm depth of charcoal in aternate. (e) PVC type DC insulators with screws, nuts, bolts etc to be used in suface/wall/floor for mounting of strip and distance between two insulator shall not be less than 1.0 mtr.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M & L in replacement of Central display unit and control unit (20+8) modules with data process and control unit upto 4 digit numeric display for a bed/ toilet complete all as specified and directed. (Make : OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS/ AMIL CALLING BELL SYSTEM/ GADDIEL)
