M&L for one component Impermeable to aggressive elements, Chloride free, safe for use in prestressed and reinforced concrete, alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance to cracking shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified , Impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar 20mm thick with alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking, conforming to ASTM C 109 & ASTM C 348 at the outer or inner RC surface mixed with shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar in the ratio 0.25:1 and mixed with cement mortar modifier of AR for gauging liquid for cementitious systems with specially adhered to BS 6319 having Specific Gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum = 43% solid contents) 2% by weight of cement and as per manufactures’ instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The mortar shall have physical characteristics as under:- (a) Fexural strength @ 7 days 7N/mm2, (b) Tensile strength @ 7days 3 N/mm2, (c) Compressive strength @ 35Mpa at 7 day and 45Mpa at 28 days, (d) Adhesion bond strength 2 N/mm2 (e) Creep Strain Reduction - 10% (ii) This mortar can also be used on external or internal surface of RC component / any brick or stone wall surface etc. (iii) Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (iv) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

M&L for applying hydraulic binders, osmotic and complexing admixtures, passivation additives passivating protective matrix and welded MS wire cloth with additives reduce or eliminate internal rust and corrosion by neutralizing acids and forming a chemical protective barrier to repel moisture from metal surfaces corrosion inhibiting additive, primer MUCIS for exposed corroded visible steel forming a continuous film not less than 250 micron of single component conforming to EN 1504-7-2006 and preparing the surface to receive the blend of epoxy and sand including providing necessary proportions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- (i) This item shall be undertaken on observed reinforcement of RCC component facias/floor, any brick or stone inner or outer wall surface etc, weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm applying 20mm thick one component chloride free shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified, Impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar, alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking. Repair mortar in the ratio of 0.33:1:4 mixed with cement and fine aggregate(4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) water based lignosulphonates concrete bonding agent water Less than 15% as compared to 50% max. allowable under IS:2645, having SG 1 to 1.2 gm/cc, chloride content : Nil as per IS 2645-2003 over and including hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, to be applied on surface before application for mixture of cement and fine aggregate (4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) , chemicals in ratio as per recommendation of manufacturer total chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying compound 20mm thick with 0.25: 1 cement mortar, free from segregation and bleeding. eliminating the microcracking due to shrinkage high workability , corrosion resistant and very low water cement ratio a special high strength cement containing accelerating and highly fluidifying additives in concrete mixture obtained by adding to the correct dosage of accurately selected aggregate, over and including applying granolithic E-Resin based solvent free concrete bonding agent/EP in accurate proportion with complete homogeneity having compressive strength on existing concrete substrate etc complete including all tools and tackles as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Roof treatment should be done after removing of GI/CI or any other pipe and PVC tank of any capacity and after completion of roof treatment all sanitory items will be re-fixed the rate of disconnection and re-fixing inclusive of quoted rates, any demage to solar panels if present will be rectified by contractor and inclusive of quoted rates. (ii) The compressive strength of compound shall be (ASTM C 109)-80 Mpa@ 28 days, Tensile strength 4Mpa @ 28 days, modulus of rupture -27 KN/sqmm(ASTM D469), Expansion characteristics(ASTM c 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/mm. (iii) The granolithic chemicals having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/litre, compressive strength (BS 6319 pt.2)-40 Mpa at 7 days, Flextural strength (BS 6319 pt.3)-25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength(BS 6319 pt . 7)-15Mpa at 7 days, Bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/sqmm at 7 days, (iv) pouring of using suitable arrangement as required using pumping device for uniform flow of . ensuring proper bond between the metallic aggregates. (v) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations. (vi) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

Perforation in RC using twist & rotating mechanical cutting tool for Fastening to concrete for chemical anchoring having a Rapid strength gain, Vibration resistant, Corrosion resistant of reinforcement on existing RC Component with Hilti HIT-HY70 BS 5080 or equivalent typically attains a compressive strength in excess of 20N/mm2 @ 3 hours and an ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm2 in 7 days as per BS 6319 Part 2 : 1983. maximum hole depth 75mm, steel bar 12mm dia and drill bit size14mm with polyster resin based anchoring material for H/V/Large annular applications or post installed bars or in accordance with bar thickness. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note- this item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

M&L for applying two component, cementitious flexible, elastomeric compound coating which makes surface impervious to water for concrete surfaces with high performance cement using acrylic modified elastomeric compound coating with additives reduce or eliminate internal rust and corrosion by neutralizing acids and forming a chemical protective barrier to repel moisture from metal surfaces corrosion inhibiting additive and estomeric compound coating for positive and negative water pressure on RCC Component ,facias/any brick/Concrete/stone inner or outer wall surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The chemical shall comply to ASTM D4541, ASTM C836, DIN 1.048, ASTC D412 having shore hardness D Scale = 20 after application. (ii) The coating shall be Non-Volatile, low Temperature Feasibility Test, Tensile strength 0.4 Mpa, Elongation 20% Cleaning, (iii) The chemical shall be mixed using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats polymer modified using impervious liquid admixture and compound-based concrete and mortar conforming to IS 2645 - 2003 of chemicals as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Top of the Surface shall be furnished even and smoother with extra cement including all finishing the surface of match with the existing surface and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (v) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying two coats of water based Alicyclic emulsion sealer for resistance to aggressive agents like atmospheric gases-excellent barrier to carbon dioxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen, water, UV rays and rain, efflorescence and lime blooming over and including a coat of water based acrylic polymer primer on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The coating contains special glass fibres to maintain anti cracking properties for concrete/ Masonry, (ii) Acrylic emulsion Sealer Coat chemical as approved shall have High performance Water Based aliphatic protective coating to new or old concrete & masonry surface. (iii) The primer shall be applied after proper surface Preparation, cleaning of dust, dirt etc. (iv) System should be application of water based acrylic polymer primer coating on prepared surface at 260-280 microns WFT @ 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, (v) The Over coating shall be laid after 8 hours of air dry (vi) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations. (vii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for Structural strengthening with application of expanding powered or dual shrinkage compensating non shrink free flow for Mending to cracks and existing deteriorat surface of RC component and similar work up to 15mtrs height from normal ground level by using plasticized expanding cementitious grout admixture, low permeability and long term durability, high fluidity with low water/cement ratio as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- this item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer. Note: (i) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations. (ii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M & L for applying a curing coating layer by providing adequate moisture, temperature and time to allow the surface to achieve the desired properties for its intended use by using viscosity alkali reactive wax based compound in which liquid substance that is added as a surface coating on repaired concrete surface for reducing the loss of water or heat in order to create ideal conditions that are favourable to the increase in the strength of concrete, the rate of application shall be within the range of 200 to 285 ml/m2, including all tools and tackles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations. (ii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying alkaline based compound corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents for steel structure conforming to ASTM D 1748-10(2015) on ramshackle girders or reinforcement encased in concrete after cleaning to loose scale or oxidized chips from bars complete all as specified and directed . NOTE:- (i) The material to be applied on the rusted metal using brush. (ii) The material shall be allowed to react for 16 to 24 hrs and afterwards all the rust shall be removed by wire brushing the surface. The surface then shell be cleaned with dry cloth before application of protective coating etc. (iii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer. (iv) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

Providing and filling to cracks in RCC components after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 10mm complete with three components compound graded filler, E-Resins and Shear thinning agents with adjustable consistancy by varying the filler component epoxy resin based. chemicals by Engineer-in-charge.Note-this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep. of manufacturer. M&L for providing fixing welded ms wire fabric weighing 1 kg/sqm with anti corrosive primer applied and compound concrete mixture obtained by adding to the correct dosage of accurately selected aggregate, a special high strength cement containing accelerating and highly fluidifying additives , high workability , corrosion resistant and very low water cement ratio, free from segregation and bleeding. eliminating the microcracking due to shrinkage ,one component cementious micro Shear thinning non shrinkage mucis having compressive strength as Bs 4551-80 thickness of 20 mm with 1:1:4 cement mortar and strength (ASTM C 109)-80 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM C 348)-11 Mpa @ 28 days, Young's modulus -27 KN/sqmm (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/sqmm it is recommended to apply granolithic E-Resin based solvent free concrete bonding agent in accurate proportion with complete homogeneity having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/litre, Compressive strength (BS 6319 pt.2)-40 Mpa at 7 days, Flextural strength (BS 6319 pt.3)- 25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 pt.7)- 15 Mpa at 7 days, Bondstrength (ASTM C 881)- 11 N/sqmm at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 hrs at 30C complete including all tools and tackles as directed by Engineer- in- charge.Note-this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep. of manufacturer. Note: (i) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations. (ii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for gunntling to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, ceiling, facia landing , balconies and similar wks etc by removing/dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fisng with sufficient fastners/concrete nails/welding at regular intervals welded steel wire mesh 75mmx75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as faces/drops and applying epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikaa. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm with varying thickness from 25mm to 100mm as per requirement at site gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one pat of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) and plastering in cm 1:4 to a uniform surface, wherever required at any height, location and positon complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all conrete surface shall be thorughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars were incorporated in work however min 20mm cement plaster in 1:4 and necessary concrete wks related to gunniting to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Gunniting at Ground floor to 4th storey (iv) Anti corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars. (v) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Rate for steel scaffolding and formwork wherever required and as directed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) Al demolished material removed from MoD land complety. (viii) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar in two layer (under layer 10 mm thick and upper layer 5 mm thick ) CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of wall, fair faces and other than fair faces mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down of cement plaster, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4 coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping including taking down of plaster complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge. (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade shall be of grey cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Note:- (a) The material as incorporated in the work shall be undertaken by the authorise representative of manufacturer/dealer. (b) Material will be accepted and allowed to incoporate in the work only after production of Purchase Voucher / Invoice from the manufacturer / authorised dealer in original and test certificate from the manufacturer,dealer. (c) Bidder must submit the authorised applicator certificate at the time of sample approval. The authorised applicator shall be as per Manufature list mentioned in CA. (d) The Contractor shall give Guarantee for structural repair of for a period of 10 (Ten) years from the certified date of completion. Similarly the Contractor shall take warranty of structural repair for next 10 years of the work immediately after executions/ completion of work from the authorised Applicator . (e) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of carrying out work upto 15m height of building. (f) Water is not supplied by the MES. Water will be arranged by contractor and contractor should produced all necessary Test Certificates for portable water fit for construction and rehabilation as per relevant IS. Rate of Water tanker and rate of water testing are inclusive in quoted rate. (g) All debris will be removed from MoD land as per NGT Norms. (h) The contractor should make good of any damaged and disturbed surface and clean all cement/guniting etc patch on windows/doors/and all surface.
