M & L for cleaning drain of any size (Wide) and any depth including removing of all sludge, mud, foreign material, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, night soil etc and removing the taken out sludge /material out side of MD land by any means/source complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stones or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as spd.

M&L for PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as spd.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L for PCC Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as spd.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping & benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete.

M & L of preparation of new painted surfaces of concrete kerb stone over 10 cm girth or width, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Brick work of burnt bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any in half brick thick walls , built in cement mortar 1:4 complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with burnt bricks with sub class 'B' old size brick laid on edges in floor in drain bedded and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) and all as specified and directed

M&L providing precast cement concrete solid block type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) building blocks or slabs 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete in walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Flush pointing to brick walls/ PCC block walls floors, surface channels, drains, roofs etc in cement mortar 1: 3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Racking out joints/ Pointing to brick work or PCC block in wall or bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, drains, roofs etc and pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1: 3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demoliton of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing debries out of md land as directed.

M&L RCC pipe class NP-2 laid to slope in trenches jointed and tested complete with collars for 300 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab set in CM and placing 1:4 complete all as specified &directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in Reinforcement 6mm and above dia and over cut to length ,benyt t oshape required including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for column ,hooking ends and binding with and ibcluding mild steel wire (annealed )mot less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass B burnt bricks straight or curved in plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius with old size bricks in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified incl demolition of brickwork.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone/brick/ concrete masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying three coat of white wash on walls all as specified.

Repair to pot holes of any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth. Making good by applying a tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 4 kg per X Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadum , well rammed and sealed with 9.8 kg of binder VG-30 per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stones chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder VG-30 and chippings.) Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm all as spd and directd.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with binder content 4% of bitumen (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by the weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber(consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.Applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 Sqm.

M&L for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bitumenous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient. Note : (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site laid/ spread by means of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for seni dense asphaltic concrete shall be cement, lime and stone dust @2 % of total weight of binder.

M&L for preparation of new /old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes , arrows, letters etc on road applied hot thermoplastic road marking paint with glass beads min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORT & H specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make OSCAR OS-785 /Dark Eye or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Make OSCAR OS-785/ Dark Eye or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair road safety Convex mirror of 80 Cm dia, made of one piece polycarbonate lens which is damage resistant, complete with mounting hardware as per manufacurer.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L preparation of new/old surfaces of road providing and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, letters etc and like exc 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-I grade at the rate of 10 Kgs per 10 Sqm on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparing surfaces by brushling with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping within broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in are exc 400 sqm X Sqm and depth not exc 50mm

Repair to pot holes of any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth. Making good by applying a tack coat with cationic bitumen concrete consolidated/ compacted thicvkness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 Grade) @ 5% by weight of total mix & hydrualic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the ASPHALT institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111:2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 44 per Kg.
