M&L applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (Grade-VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm over WBM surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. The contractor shall submits the job mix design from Govt Approved Lab/institute for approval from GE and the rate shall be inclusive of the same. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 45.00 (Rs Forty Five) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. M&L for Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minium 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically including embedding bricks in ground to depth indicated & tempering ground around brick & removal surplus spoil complete all as specified

M & L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen,putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well ramming (including supplying of premixed bituminous macadam and chipping) (depth of potholes exc 30mm), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with machanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete all as specified and directed:- 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 4% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. NOTE:- The contractor shll submit the design mix formula from Govt Approved lab/Institution for approval of GE. The batching plant shall also get approved by the GE before placing order.

S&F in repair reflective road studs of size 100x120x20mm (minium weight 130 gms) most effective night guidance even under the most adverse weather conditions. S&F in repairs 75mm dia 900mm over all length powder coated metal tubular delinator, duly pasted with three coloured high intensity prismatic reflective tape. Embedded in PCC Block of size 30x30x30cm in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm stone graded aggregate including necessary form work and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete & sub-base all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F stainless steel pipe GRDE304 framed work such as of pipes, angles tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets,letters etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer -in charge. Note: Nothing extra shall be paid for writing. Payment of Stainless steel shall be carried out in appropriate BoQ item
