Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having at coating 150gm/sqm on both side tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new Steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparing new surfaces to receive painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) over existing pcc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 16mm OD SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

(E & M PORTION) Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body. (c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated. (d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. Supply and fixing for 15mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including, making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm (nominal area ),single core ,FRLSH PVC insulated and unshaethed stranded cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked in and including heavy duty ,PVC concealed conduit ISI marked for one industrial type metal clad earth plug and socket out let with earth dolly including FRLSH PVC Insulated unsheathed copper conductor 4 Sqmm nominal cross section area as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly complete and including cutting/chasing of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: External wall pipe fixed with clamps and internal laid in cutting, charge and cost of same inculding repair is inclusive in quoted work.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , sheathed cable FRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cableFRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately . PVC Conduit confirming to IS 9537 part I and III.
