Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour in replacement of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire complete all as specified and directed. .

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X300mm including form work and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part - I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance ismore than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

(b) Transportation charges of cable fault locator and DG set deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Material and labour for vibratory compactive, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured ( except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, comfirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, harding standing, etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr including demolition of existing paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item Sr No. 73.00 to 75.00:- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated.(v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (v) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32 Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54.
