Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast-in-situ as mass filling, road filling, coping of pole ,around the pole and filling/finishing of disturbed area of road/floor/hard standing/tiles/walls and any other surface etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for HDPE double wall corrugated pipe of size not less than 50 mm bore including necessary pipe fittings such as socket, rubber gasket, pipe joint lubricant, bend, couplers etc. including fixing on wall/roof /pole or laying in trench as required for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut bolts, fastener and other items required for fixing shall be paid and measured separately.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade 100 mm nominal bore for cable protection fixed to poles/under floor/tiles/under roads/alongwith walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut bolts, fasteners and other items required for fixing shall be paid and measured for separately.

Supply ,and errection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 , 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws incl painting with synthetic enamelled aluminium paint two coat over one coat of red oxide primer after errection and providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel point 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete and marking pole number on pole including taking down old u/s pole (PCC/Steel) complete all as specified and directed.. Note: (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pole No/description on each pole shall be painted without any extra cost as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 50 sqm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Earth work, pipes etc shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for replacement of shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including galvanised steel straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 31mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing for automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each)- outgoing MCB (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option) incl dismantling and taking down old unsv switch/MCB/timer any type as found actual at site. Supply and fixing in replacement of busbar chamber of size not less than 0.4mx0.4mx0.3m with set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber incl cable entry and exit opening and will be fixed on 04 nos of legs made with MS Angle. Length of each leg will be not less than 0.6m. The chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade not less than 25 mm bore suitable to fit with LED street light approx length not less than 120 cm bent to shape including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut, bolts etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED bollard light 8 watt (Min.) 240 Volts, 50 Hz single phase including necessary PCC work, nut, bolts, washers etc and accessories required for mounting lights complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault manually, rectify the defect and relaying cable including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed Note: Excavation/earth work, joint , pipe and any other item shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item .

Supply and fixing for straight through joint heat shrinkable 1100 volts for XLPE cable of size 4 C x 10-16 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

(ii) Insulators if required are measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for detecting of fault in HT / LT cable with fault locator equipment. complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no delay on this account will be acceptable otherwise penalty shall be levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevant item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint shall be paid under relevant item.
