15mm thick rendering in patches using ploymer made ready mixed mortar on internal faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding after taking down of old plaster of any description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

15mm thick rendering using ploymer made ready mixed mortar on external faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and fair up to 9.00m height including necessary scaffolding after taking down of old plaster of any description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

5mm thick rendering in patches using ploymer made ready mixed mortar on ceiling surfaces of concrete, finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding after taking down of old plaster of any description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Taking down of old plaster of any description and applying Rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 consisting as under :– "firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1.

Preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of ceilling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with sub–class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 after demolition of old brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Applying one coat of white wash/colour wash on wall surface including preparation of old treated surfaces of walls, cornices etc. (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc, up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surface, including preparation of old treated/untreated surfaces of walls, cornices etc.by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying one coat of white washing on ceiling surface, including preparation of old treated/untreated surfaces of walls, cornices etc.by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 8 to 15:- Before proceeding with the finishes prepartion of surface shall be inspected and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. This approval is to be documented in a stage-passing register, which shall be maintained at the site and signed jointly by the contractor & the Engineer–in–Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, pillars, cornices etc (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, pillars, cornices etc (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling etc (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of white washing complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, pillars, cornices etc (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers and mechanical sander, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Applying 2mm thick wall care putty on new /old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Applying 2mm thick wall care putty on new /old ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. Notes for item No. 16 to 22:- 1. The work shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer’s Asian Paint Ltd/ Jenson & Nicholson India Ltd/ Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd/ Berger Paints India Ltd/ICI Paints ltd. For this contractor shall enter into a triparty agreement between contractor, the auth dealer of paint manufacturer and their authorised Applicator and a valid MOU on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (format of MOU enclosed for reference) towards same is to be submitted to GE within 28 days after acceptance. The work shall be commenced after submission of MoU to GE. 2. Before proceeding with the finishes the stages (i) complete removal of old finish (ii) Applying wall care putty (iii) first coat of finish shall be inspected and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. This approval is to be documented in a stage-passing register, which shall be maintained at the site and signed jointly by the contractor & the Engineer–in–Charge. 3. For removal of old finish and preparation of surface mechanical means like JET washer, metal scrapper, sending machines etc shall be deployed to achieve better surface.

Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified & as directed.

Applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Dismantling brick work/PCC/RCC including plaster (area exc 1 sqm and n.exc 3 sqm) and depth exc half brick and n.exc one brick as the case may be, including removing shrubs, vegetation, roots etc from external wall surfaces, taking out CI/PVC rain water pipes and refixing the same in original place and making good the dismantled portion all as specified and directed

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store

150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints for drainage of rain water including necessary fittings like bend, tee etc fixed to walls after taking down of old unserviceable drain pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M & L for preparing new/old plastered surface and applying textured finish consisting of u/m items :- (i) One coat of cement base putty 1-2 mm thick (ii) one coat of smartcare damp sheath of Asian or equivalent in Berger/Dulux interior primer @ 2sqm/litre (iii) One coat of 3mm thick duracast rough texture paint. (iv) Two coats of plastic emulsion paint (Royal Aspira of Asian or equivalent in Berger/Dulux).

Cutting/drilling 50mm deep and 12mm dia holes @ 500mm c/c in cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. (reinforced) incl supplying and providing Shear connectors of 8mm dia TMT bars, 45cm long, after cleaning the holes and fixing shear connectors using Likfix 'S' manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,575.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
