Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (spread thickness) granular sub base with shingle or gravel, spread, rolled and consolidated with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick (spread thickness) granular sub base with shingle or gravel, spread, rolled and consolidated with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying 200 mm thick Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15- 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement including non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC.Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density,crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M & L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. M & L for RCC M 35 design mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of hard drawn steel wire fabric of weight exc 4kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of standard wall UPVC pipe (SCH-40) 250mm nominal size for installation of fair LED tube complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Surface of pipe at joints must be cleaned with oatey or equivalent grade solvent cement cleaner. (ii) The rates inclusive of solvent cement primer and solvent cement used for jointing of pipe. (iii) Rate inclusive of all necessary fittings for jointing of pipe i.e bends etc.

Supply and fixing of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe-410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality B, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with adequate no of coats of water based road marking paint (white, orange, yellow, red, black or any color) including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of horizontal and vertical surface & providing and applying single component elastic cold polyurethene modified acrylic coating based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced, all crackes upto 3mm at corner joints shall be treated with crack seal three coats including one coat of primer of urethene BTD/ Sikaelastic 560/ Smart care damp proof having coverage @ 0.75 Kg/m2 and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of shaliurethe BTD/ Skiaelastic 560/ Smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 Kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining min dry film thickness 1.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick coloured having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm and tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with aluminium self tapping screws size 50/75mm and aluminium washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/tint over a coat of zink chrome primer 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified as directed.

M & L soil stabilization of 300 mm sub grade soil by uniform mixing of cement OPC 43 grade/lime/other additive@ 5% cement by weight of soil (Percentage of cement/additives for estimation purposes only Type of additive and, percentage required fo blending to be given in mix design). Item will include pulverization of soil, spreading of additive, blending mix by tractor towed rotovator, addition of water/ drying of mix to required moisture content and compaction using suitable vibratory roller to required 98% Maximum Dry Density. Provisions of IRC SP:89-2010 be referred to for this item complete all as specified as directed. Note :- Additional cement in design mix if required shall be paid @ Rs 7/kg for supply only cement rate.

Dismantiling of existing Runway EDGE Elevated light fitting, with base from its existing position, disconnecting all electric wiring carefully and including transport from runway site to store for safely handover to the user Auth all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Any repair of demaged light fitting during dismantling shall be borne by the contractor and the cost of repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. (2) The light fittings to be given in the custody of user and transportation, loading, unloading and stacking of fittings shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor for its safety. complete all as specified and as directed.

Installation only of inset Runway Edge light fitting with base, installation the same at new raised surface of runway including transport to the runway site from store, DGPS/GPS survey making (X,Y, Z co-ordinates) and submission of completion drawing to its existing position inculding compaction and ramming the surface and making good the surfaces to match the existing surface coring by core cutting eqpt on PQC rigid/flexible pavement of runway as per requirement for fixing of light fitting and precise alignement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Light fittings shall be issued by the users.

Supply and installation of 12" shallow base 'O' ring gasket. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Isolation Transformer from existing position using suitable core cutting eqpt including disconnecting the earth wire and transport to the store yard of the user Auth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of Isolation Tranformer of capacity 45W/100W/200W/300W 6/6.6A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Isolation transformers shall be issued by user Auth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of CI Box from existing/New position using suitable cutting eqpt, including connection earth wire and transport to the store yard of the user Auth. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-installation of CI Box on existing/New position using suitable cutting eqpt, including connection of earth wire which includes transportation from store of the user authority to the Runway site. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Rates for repainting of CI Boxes are included in the quoted rates. 2. Rates for dummy plates, O ring, Gaskets and necessary M 10 bolts are included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for refurbishment of shallow base including core cutting of concrete surfaces and after installation with Sand Blasting as required all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out runway primary AFLS cable of any grade and any type from trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out runway secondary AFLS cable from Kerf etc complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out conduit of any grade and any type and any size from trenches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Existing cables and conduit shall be the user property and to be deposite in the store yard authority at Ambala. 2. Exavation and earth work, shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevent items of this BOQ.

Labour only, laying and testing of AFLS Primary XLPE cable of 1 core X6 sqmm, XLPE insulated non shielded 5 KV rated voltage including ferrul lugs, PVC sleeves etc for straight through joint where required complete all as specfied and as directed Note : Cable shall be provided by user auth and loading, unloading and transportaion from store to Runway site shall be responsibility of contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only, Jointing and testing primary connector kit for 1C x 6 sqmm cables from primary cable to isolating tranformer plug and receptacles type unscreened cable conductor type complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Primary conductor Kit shall be provided by user auth and transportation from store to Runway site shall be responsibility of contractor.

Labour only, laying testing of AFLS secondary XLPE cable 01 core x 4 sqmm, including ferrul lugs, PVC sleeves etc for straight through joint where required. Note : Cable shall be provided by user Auth and transportation from store to Runway site shall be responsibility of contractor.

Labour only, Jointing and testing secondary connector kit for 1C x 4 sqmm cables from isolating transformer to secondary cable receptacles type unscreened cable conductor size 4 to 6 Sqmm type having the cable dia 4mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Secondary conductor kit to be provided by user auth and transportation from store to Runway site shall be responsibility of contractor.

Labour only, Jointing and testing Secondary connector kit for 1C x 4 sqmm cable from isolating transfarmer to secondary cable receptacles type unscreened cable conductor size 4 to 6 Sqmm type having the cable dia 4mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Secondary connector Kit shall be provided by user auth and transportation from store to runway site shall be responsibility of the contractor.

Horizontal Boring holes1 to 2 m deep in soil for under road/pavement/runway/taxi surface by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n exc. 50 m, dia of bore 60 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Conduit in horizondal boring holes, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying of 8 SWG wire burried in ground or drawn in conduit heavy duty of size 20mm or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as requred complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Earthing complete with using GI pipe 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 mtr length as a earth electrode buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , filled around with alternate layers of charcoal dust and salt and connected to earth lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth wire connected to main switch board/panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm centre to centre both ways including necessary excavation & earth work as directed by engineer –in-charge, complete all as shown in electric plate No-2 of MES Sch part 1 2009 including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying the streching of cable) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand to be considered for measurement purpose.

M&L for providing unreinforced precast concrete cable cover of size 250x150x40 mm class LA, Type-1 perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed.

M&L for feeder pillar box factory made, out door type, made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less than 3mm of size 50 x 50 x 30 cm with aluminum bus bar strip 4 Nos of 200 Amps rated suitable for 1100volt (LT) mounted on LT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 04 Nos of angle iron 50x50mmx6mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30x30x15 cm concrete 1:3:6. S&F GI tubing 50mm bore light grade galvanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/Runway/Texi Tracks or similar position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aviation obstruction lights, die cast aluminum alloy housing with red coloured poly carbonate dome 48 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing 80mm dia (light grade) with all fittings for obstruction light as per site reqmt and sealing the pipe both ends with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HDPE pipe 40mm dia, PE 100, PN-16 grade conforming to IS : 16098 (heavy duty) laid in trenches jointing complete with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling of poles/Stays/Plinths etc complete all as specified.

Supply, layng, jointing, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm 2 core. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, PVC conduit, heavy duty, 20mm for protection of secondary cable and portion left after placement of conduit to be filled with duffel filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part i complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall including for GI water pipe protection pipe with mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided atleast 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of cast iron cover.
