M&L providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in berm for medium traffic intensity etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5%binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, mix prepared in batch type hot mix plant, transported to site by tippers or trucks, laid over prepared surface using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne mechanical power roller complete. all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Primixed Asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be mixed in central computerized batch type hot mix plant. 2. Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by the GE before laying ASDC. 3. A recovery @ Rs 50 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.

S&F 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP2 with one collar per length of pipe and laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new /old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes , arrows, letters etc on road applied hot thermoplastic road marking paint with glass beads min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORT & H specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make OSCAR OS-785 / Equvalent of Dark Eye complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes of any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth. Making good by applying a tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 kg per X Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadum , well rammed and sealed with 9.8 kg of binder VG-30 per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stones chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder VG-30 and chippings.) Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm all as spd and directed.

S & F in repair road safety Convex mirror of 80 Cm dia, made of one piece polycarbonate lens which is damage resistant, complete with mounting hardware as per manufacurer. Make : Oscar Model No: OS-790 or equivalent of Dark Eye

M&L preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, by weight of total mix, mix prepared in batch type hot mix plant, transported to site by tippers or trucks, laid over prepared surface using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne mechanical power roller complete. all as specified and directed.
