Dismantling unserviceale LT Panel Board (of any size) from existing location including breaking of foundation and removal from site and Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of new LT Panel outdoor type confirming to IS 8623 Part I (one), fabricated in a CPRI approved factory, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase , 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame , factory fabricated , compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door opening with locking arrangement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre- treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size , the required no of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands of suitable size for entry and exit. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided . EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, doors and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work / support required with four legs 60 cm long using angle iron 40x40x6mm , air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation and making good disturbed surface complete and comprising of the following :-

M&L for dismantling/taking out old unserviceable Chemical/ Normal earthing pit with all accessories after disconnection of earth strips including necessary earthwork as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm (up to 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing station using 17.2 mm dia, 3000 mm long high tensile low carbon steel circular rod, molecularly bonded with copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns) meeting the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest, with 250 mm long copper strip of size 50 x 6 mm, exothermally welded on top of electrode complete including augering (boring) 100-125 mm dia hole as required for electrode in any type of soil and back filling with carbon based ground enhancing compound (GEC) compound (with minimum qty 75 Kg per electrode) conforming to IEEE/BS standards complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES :- (1) The acceptable earth resistance at earth bus bar/test point shall not be more than 01 Ohm. At certain locations, it may not be possible to achieve earth resistance of 01 Ohm with one electrode/pit due to higher soil resistivity. In such cases, provision of loop earthing consisting of more than one earth electrode pits shall be done. The number of pits required shall be decided based on the resistivity of soil and resistance achieved for the earth pits already installed. The distance between two successive earth electrodes shall not be less than 3 metres. The procedure mentioned below for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits. Additional earth electrode pits and loop conductor shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (2) Bore dia of earthing should be minimum 200mm. (3) Cost of Ground Enhancing Compound is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. FRP Earth pit cover shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in repair Earth Pit 125mm dia with FRP Earth Pit Cover of top size 200x200mm bottom size 300x300mm with height of 150mm with lockable Lid, Earth Pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs copper strip 20 mm X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including provn of porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Screws, Saddles, insulator, Nuts and Bolts, etc. will deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in repairs Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof/earth conductor and down conductors above ground including provn of porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Screws, Saddles, insulator, Nuts and Bolts, etc. will deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in repairs test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hexagonal head screw, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs air termination single pointed copper rod 20 mm dia with brass base and 300 mm long with arrester clamp 16 mm made out of brass, duly fixed on GI pipes with PCC base complete all as specified and as directed. Note: PCC and GI pipe for fixing of termination rod shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of air termination rods, Coping of Electric Poles, etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, all exposed faces of Concrete finished even and smooth including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, etc including weathering, slightly chamfered angles, exposed surfaces finished even and smooth including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Load Testing of flame proof/non flame proof EOT Crane up to 6 Ton, Load capacity to prove the satisfactory Operation of Electrical Controls, Motors, Gear Boxes, Protective Devices, system Interlocks and Mechanical components like Wire Rope, Weld Sections check/welding to existing Channel of the Crane in all Motions (LT CT Hoist in High Speed and Creep Speed) during Full Load and testing of Crane in Over Load at 100 + 25% in presence of Representative of AF Sirsa including all Consumables Items, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES :- (1) (a) Load Blocks in denomination of total tonnage of crane + 25% in required quantity shall be provided by the Contractor under his own Arrangement and Cost including shifting of these Blocks near to the Crane Load required for lower denomination for which Contractor has no Extra Claim. Cost of Transportation and Handling Charges are also deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. (b) Load Tests are to be carried out by the Contractor minimum ½ to 1.0 Hour duration though an OEM Certified Technician in presence of Department Representative and will record the Test. (c) Contractor will be responsible for Servicing of Crane before Load Testing. Cost of all Consumable Items will be deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate including Brake Oil, Gear Oil and Grease etc.

Item No 43 (Contd...) (d) Deflection Test of EOT Crane should be done by any OEM certified agency or technician and permissible test result should be submitted by the contractor of each crane. (e) Contractor will submit all the possible test certificate duly signed by user/AF authorities, provided by EOT crane expert /firm/company to the department after each Crane testing. (2) Existing Make of EOT Cranes are Rockwell/ Tib Udhyog or as per site available. (3) Contractor will change/top up Gear oil of cranes and hydraulic oil for thrusters during the repair of Cranes (4) Contractor will do hot dip galvanization process to avoid metal to metal contact of some important parts like wheels, hook, rope drums etc. (5) Cost of all type tests/Gear oil/hydraulic oil/galvanization process, will be treated as EACH JOB only and cost will be included in quoted rates by contractor. (6) Major parts required to be replaced shall be measured seperately under respective items. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of other petty spares and cosumables.

Dismantling of unserviceable control motor from EOT Crane, any capacity or from any height, transporting of motor to workshop outside AF premises for repairing, rewinding with suitable size copper winding wire, replacing any other unserviceable parts, shifting to site after repairs, re-installation at site and tesing for satisfactory operation of motor and EOT Crane complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of to & fro transportaion, workshop charges, all parts/spares of motor including copper winding wire shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for Realignment of Crane Rail Track including removing of Rail and replacing the damaged and perished Rubber Padding wherever and replacing the worn out Bolts, Nuts and Washers including welding new Mild Steel Clamps wherever necessary and checking of Bends straightening and refixing the Rails including Provision of necessary Packing Shoes and ensure Proper Alignment including necessary Welding Works at Corners, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE:- Cost of spares/parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Excavation in trenches (manually) not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Mechanical excavation shall not be allowed)

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, laid perpendicular to the cable for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old bricks (retrieved during taking out of cable) in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to external surfaces of HT/LT Panels, any size with a coat of synthetic enamel paint, of approved shade, duly spray painted after properly cleaning and preaparing old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Painting work shall be carried out only after disconnecting the main electric lines to avoid any mishap. Proper precautions shall be taken to avoid any spill or damage to the switchgears. if any rusted surface or patch is observed, the same shall be properly cleaned and treated with red oxide primer before application of paint. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
