Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around the edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-10 grade bitumen putting in premixed bitumous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes not exceeding 25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 grade at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces and providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified. Note :- Semi dense asphaltic bitumen concrete shall be designed as specified and contractor shall quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as specified in particular specifications, any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs.40/per kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. Cost of filler is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Painting/ marking centre lines/ side lines/ zebra lines etc on road pavements and the like of any description exceeding 10cm wide with road marking thermo plastic compound paint confirming to MORTH specifications hot applied with mechanically to form a 2 to 2.5 mm thick film on road including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
