Description all as per Srl item no. 3 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of any size capacity by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Measurements will be taken only after dewatering of the septic tank).

Notes for Ser item Nos 1 to 6:-The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following :- Note -:(i) For each cleaning of sewage line complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and submitted to Engr-in Charge and maintain the recorded for payment purpose. Format of Docket slip for cleaning of Sewage line will be provided from Deptt. Contractor shall ensure that all the complaints shall be attended and completed within above prescribed schedule/ time period, failing which, a penalty at the rate of double the quoted rate for that particular trade work/complaint per day till the satisfactorily completion of complaint shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's dues. A separate register shall be maintained for recording the same and shall be signed by both the contractor or his authorised rep and Engr-in-charge. Stationery i.e. log sheets, docket slips, job cards, complaint registers, handing taking registers, etc. shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. (ii) : Necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equipment's Oxygen Mask and cylinder etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar or any other description and in any situation etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and removing the unserviceable rubbish outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) (using old size bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note - Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 110 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregatecomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D corrosion resistant steel (CRS) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, man hole cover slab, chajjas etc.and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate in sub floors, sub bases complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape & size (as directed by Engg-in-Charge) of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and including 50mm thick sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block using PCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in kerb stones including necessary form work complete and setting in cement mortar 1:6 joint to match complete all specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.
