M & L preparation of newly plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white lime wash over prepared surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un plastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, filling all holes and cracks with white cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of cement base paint on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L applying 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on boths face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with partical board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete ,all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete ,all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. (iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame . (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessories as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

S&F 18mm thick lead free PVC celuka ply (minimum density 600Kg per cum) of single side rigid lamination of approved colour other than white colour fixed with stainless steel screws and solvent cement / adhesive to make kitchen / bed rooms cabinet sides, top and bottom and shelves inside the cabinets complete all as per manufacturer's specifications/ instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supplying & Fixing for mild steel door shutter two leaves with frame of 20 gauges MS sheet ( all arround) and leaves of 21 gauge MS steel ( all as per Godrej pattern) with three way locking arrangement with brass lock & CP handles with duplicate keys including two coats of spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface, complete in existing cup boards fixed with necessary nut bolts (size of bolts 50 to 75mm long) including embedding in PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) 12.50mm graded aggregate, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x600 x7-8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick out door vitrified coloured paver tiles heavy duty of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete including any type of flooring of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exe 0.18 sqm but n exe 0.38 sqm, in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete as in roof padding of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding on roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Glass dividing strips, 38 mm wide and 3 mm thick inserted in position to confirm to design complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stainless steel plate rack of size 31" x 30" x 10" of load capacity not less than 30 kg including fixing with stainless stell screws including taking down of old plate rack of any description complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and not exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks from bottom, sites along with mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words, in the formate day/month/year, refixing, reconnecting in position to make it operationer complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 grams per Sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa having zinc coating 150grams/Sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 including dismantling of existing truss scantling and purlin complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking of joinery (wooden/steel) iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, fixing glass panes, minor adjustment of joinery, door etc. including petty repairs material like screws/nails, plug etc. to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), M-seal, screws, nails to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/Clearing Nahani traps, floor traps and Gully Traps of any desription, any size, any depth and removing sludge and accuulated soild/semi soild with proper epuipment and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sweage line, nahani traps and floor traps. Waste obtained shall be removed to distance exceeding 250m away from quarter/Md Accn and buried in ground incl necessary excavation , earth work and spreading of bleaching podwer complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning/Clearing of blocked WC/EWC of any type and description incl removal of soil, waste and vent pipe by rubber cap 125mm dia with wooden handle, rodding or with gunny bags and cleaning blockage upto 1st manhole with cleaning rod incl removal of all materials from traps of WC etc complete all as specified and directed
