Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Removal of excavated rubbish/malba by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking with all leads and lifts upto 2km complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage front out side (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking neem cake with sand monure at site including royalty and carriage from outside (manure measured in stack will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) including Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge

M&L for flooding the ground with water including making works and dismantling the same all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine dressing the ground all as specified and directed .

Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 45 days till the grass establish properly including supplying and spreading of Neem oil cakes manure or sludge and chemical required for preparing of the ground for plantation of grass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of equipments with copper plate earth electrode 602cmx60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.25m below ground level) brazed with copper strip 20x3 mm size 7.0 mtr long and connected to copper strip of any size by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rated quoted is deemed to the inclusive of the followings:- (a) The excavation and earth work (fillingin, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed) in any type of soil for earth pit (pit size 1.20x1.20x3.0mtr) (b) Perforated GI tubing (ISI marked) light grade 50mm bore 7.0 mtr long for strip protection and watering (c) Common salt charcoal dust in alternative layers of 15cm, up to 60cm above the top of copper plate all as directed (salt-300Kg , charcoal dust-500Kg). (d) Earth chamber of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm, built in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 bed 15mm thick at bottom, brick work in CM 1.6 upto 45cm over PCC bed and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 15cm above, embedded with MS angle 50mmx50mmx3mm frame work duly painted with anti corrosive bituminous paint with and including RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reenforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm) having lifting arrangement byly painted in green and making earth pit as directed. (e) On testing after completion , if the earth resistance2 Ohms is not obtained earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the disired earth resistance is obtained. (f) GI tubing bib tap etc for provisioing of continuous water supply at earthing pit will be measured and paid seperately under respective schedule of the contract.

M&L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled & screwed including 3 hole 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head with nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of testing point box of size 100x100x50mm depth as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of copper strip of size 20x3x15mm burried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying of bricks in the perimeter (length by breadth) on the above stone aggregate bed under/around panels &feeder piller boxes, DG set Earth pits laterally to obstruct outflow of aggregate from their respective locations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PCC earthing pit cover size 0.4Mtrx0.4Mtrx0.1Mtr constructed in RCC complete with lifting handle made out of TMT bars 10mm all as specified and as directed.
