(iii) If Contactor does not provide Heavy truck mounted Suction jetting machine of above mentioned specifiacation with minimum number of staff as mentioned then a penalty at the rate RS 20000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's til that day when Contractor provides above all mentioned for cleaning of Sewage Lines. (iv) : For each complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and shall be produced at the time of payment to be made to the contractor. (v) : Format of docket slip and complaint register which shall be kept in complaint cell are attached as per Appendix 'E' and Appendix 'F' of tender documents. Stationery i.e. log sheets, docket slips, job cards, complaint registers, handing taking registers, etc. shall be provided by the contractor without any exta cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. The complaint slip shall be prepared by the contractor or his authorised rep and handed over to the tradesmen and necessary entry shall be made in the complaint register and will be handed over to to concerned JE / the Engr-in-Charge next day. Contractor shall maint seprate register for lodging the complaints and the same shall be produced to concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge on next day.Length of cleaning of sewage line will be mentioned by contractor per day and will be certified by Engr-in-Charge . (vi) : Necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equpiments etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar or any other description and in any situatoin etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 4.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 metre deep but not exceeding 3.00 metre deep .

All as per Srl Item No 4.00 here-in-before but exceeding 3.0 metre deep but not exceeding 4.5 metre deep .

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 7.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre deep .

All as per Srl Item No 7.00 here in before but depth exc 3.00 metre and not exceeding 4.50 metre deep .

Important Notes for Srl Item No. 4.00 to 9.00 : (i) Bailing and Pumping out of water where required shall be carried out as per clause 3.17 & 3.18 of SSR (Part-II) of 2009. (ii) Timbering, planking and strutting if required shall be carried out as per clause 3.24, 3.24.1 & 3.24.6 of SSr (Part-I) of 2009 and paid separetely in item No 11 to 13 as above. (iii) The earth work shall be as per authorised width as per clause 3.2 and there sub para of SSR part-II.There will be no extra payment for Earth work to Contractor .Contractor must quote the earth rates accordingly. (iv) Sand cushioning/lean conrete will be provided for stablizing of mud strata if required (v) The rates quoted by contractor for Srl Item No. 5 to 13 shall deemed to be included for provisions described in note (i),( ii), (iii),(iv) here-in-before. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material & labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes RCC or DWC pipe 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded mechenically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 10.00 here-in-before but 200 mm bore .

Material & labour for H.D.P.E. Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) Pipes(ISI marked) 150 mm bore SN-8 Class as per IS 16098 part II for nonpressure Underground drainage and Sewerage applications with specials including cost of special O rubber ring couplers etc. , laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient ,jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 14.00 here-in-before but DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe 200 mm bore Class SN-8 .

All as per Srl Item No 14.00 here-in-before but DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe class S N 8 of 250 mm bore .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type C1, using 20 mm graded machnically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 30 here-in-before but reforming benching for 200/250 mm bore pipe .

Cutting existing road including premix carpet, WBM , hardcore and including making good road surface as per existing road specifications complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix manhole cover SFRC(steel fiber reinforced cover) factory made of size 560 mm dia with and including suitable steel frame as per manufacturer's instructions , heavy duty as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel sections( Fe-290W (Gde-E-165 quality-A)) as in stairs (framed) in flat,round or square bars including cleats, brackets,including embedding in concrete as in steps of manhole etc.complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 60 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size,rubber moulded M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in sub base of floors and pavings laid in alternative bays and making impresions of expanded metal while concrete in green complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for removing existing 60/80 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape including demolition of PCC and relaying of the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick and rubber moulded M-35 grade paver block retrived from dismantling with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for demolition of Chequred tiles of any specification, including demolition of PCC below chequred tile and relaying of the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick including non skid ( coloured) good grip series of size 300x 300 mm x 20-25 mm thick, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20 mm thick average thickness cement mortar 1:4 bed complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors,type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

All as per Srl Item No 3.00 but except bricks complete all as specified & directed. Note: Bricks retrieved from Srl No 3.00 will be re-used.

Material and labour using old brick work retrived from item no 48 with sub class `B` brick old size in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on plastered/unplastered surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in man hole cover, with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throttling etc and set in cement mortor (1:4) complete with joint to match in cl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Cleaning and removing of blockage from Manholes manually where Desilting machine not reachable of any size and upto 1.5m depth incl removing the soil, roots or any other materials from the manholes working/running conditions and flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. Removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 39.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre .

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 147405.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
