Taking out/Removing of old roof treatment, of any type any thickness any pattern including dismantling of old brick tiles including screed bed, tar felt, waterproofing membrane etc and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Demolition of concrete over RCC roof, if any below roof treatment, shall be measured separately. Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions)

Demolition of plain cement concrete padding over roof of buildings and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions)

M&L cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening of old surfaces of RCC roofs by picking, wire brushing, sweeping clean for removing dust, dirt and layers of de-bonded screed/concrete over the surface etc and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 2.75 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab for grade correction, laid to slope finished even and smooth, roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying oil/solvent based bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Applying a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 as bonding coat, heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (iv) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Providing a layer of 120 GSM non-woven geo textile of approved make and laid over the APP membrane and bonded to the water proofing membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane torch as per manufacturers recommendations. (vi) Sealing of all angles & abutments up stands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

S&F 40mm thick brick tiles over roofs of buildings (upto 4 storey height), jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as "Supply only".

Fixing Only 40mm thick brick tiles over roofs of buildings (upto 4 storey height), jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) mixed with waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable Brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused. Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as "Supply only".

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied with rollers to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufactuirer's instructions, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) Soil, Waste and Ventilating Pipe, Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints, fixed to Walls with PVC Clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia), Bend any type, provided with Access Door, etc. and jointing with Solvent Cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal, with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single (single T) equal or unequal, with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting PVC water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres alongwith ball valves, cleaning the inside surfaces properly to remove all sludge and deposits, keeping aside in safe custody and re-fixing in same location after completion of roof treatment including testing and writing Letters "CLEANED ON DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning of Tank) not exc. 50mm in height, complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chlorinated Polyethylene Chloride (CPVC) pipes 20 mm outside dia, SDR-11, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all SDR-11 CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings (such as Bends, Elbows, Tees, Short Pieces, Connectors, Back - Nuts Caps, Plugs, Unions, Flange (core) & flange (ring), reduction Tee, reducing socket, Male & female threaded socket, tank connector etc) fixed / laying walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with suitable size MS clamp of spacing 1.00 mtr etc pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- but with 25 mm outer dia size CPVC pipes

S&F in repair Rotational Moulded Polyethene Water Storage Tank, 1000 Litre Capacity, Cylindrical, Vertical with Closed Top, 3 layered, conforming to IS, hoisted and fixed in Position alongwith GI tank nipple complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Ball Valve 20mm dia (minimum Weight 210 Gram), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium Rod and high density Plastic Ball, screwed for Iron Pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tank cover for PVC Water Storage Tanks of capacity 1000 litres, minimum weight 525 grams, duly fixed with proper hinge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tank cover for PVC Water Storage Tanks of capacity 500 litres, minimum weight 525 grams, duly fixed with proper hinge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tank cover for PVC Water Storage Tanks of capacity 5000 litres, minimum weight 525 grams, duly fixed with proper hinge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning and removing all Scales and dirts from the Tank and mouths of circulating Pipes, etc. after draining out Water from the Tank of capacity exc. 250 Litre and not exc. 500 Litre, cleaning the Tank by scrubbing the deposits with Wire Brush, re-fixing Inlet and Outlet Pipes in the Same Position and writing Letters "CLEANED ON DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning of Tank) not exc. 50mm in height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams, of clear span above 4 metres and upto 8 metres and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete)

M&L for preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, plain, etc.) sheets in roof/wall coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering & removing off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fibreglass/polycarbonate roofing sheet (corrugated, semicorrugated, plain, etc.) sheets in roof/wall coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted, galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Polycarbonate sheet, diamond cut design, density 1.2 kg/m3, in any colour, as in wall claddings/roofs including necessary side or end laps duly fixed with coach screws and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, with minimum zinc coating of 275 grams/Sqm, grade of corrugation depth Gde ”B”, with two corrugation side laps fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, plain mild steel sheeting 0.80 mm thick, with minimum zinc coating of 275 gram/Sqm, as in ridge, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping, Bed Plates, Holdfast, Bed Block, Kerb Stones including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., and removal of debris outside AF land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets incl removal from site complete all as specified and as as directed.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle, wall angle fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c, Main Runners placed @ 1200mm, Cross Tee 1200mm inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm and additional cross tees of 600 mm placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm, grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifiedcomplete all as specified and directed. Note: Ceiling board will measured and paid seperately under appropriate item.

S&F 7.5 to 8 mm thick gypsum ceiling tiles, of size 595mm x 595mm each, PVC laminated on front side (with design/pattern as per choice of Engineer-in-Charge) and MPL film on rear side, fixed on GI Snap Grid Frame Work with Steel Screws, complete all as specified and directed.
