M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, mass and for repairing to paths/ road & hardstanding etc. including necessary cutting of roads/ paths for passing of pipes and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 70 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant, complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 100 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes of outer dia 50mm, cut to length/size as per site requirment, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall, confirming to IS 14930 (part I & II), for protection of underground cable, laid in trench/PCC, with and including all fittings as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes of outer dia 40mm, cut to length/size as per site requirment, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall, confirming to IS 14930 (part I & II), for protection of underground cable, laid in trench/PCC, with and including all fittings as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Non metallic junction box made out of PVC sheet of size not less than 240mm x 130 mmx 110 mm hinged with lockable arrangement with and including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amps with MCB 2.50 Amp SP 10 KA ‘C’ curve - 01 No with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement street light mounting bracket suitable for LED fitting of length 1.50 metre, made out of light grade GI pipe of 40 mm bore bent to shape (120 degree) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with two No GI Clamps made to shape out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron, with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for fixing on pole wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement asthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole 3.5 mtrs long with grey powder finish compatible for post top lights, including suitable fixing arrangement with bolts/nuts & all required accessories / fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: "DECO Pole 3.5 M TOP dia 76mm"

M&L for straight throught joints heat shrinkable for XLPE/PVC insulated and sheathed aluminum conductor under ground cable 1100 volts 4.0 core 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement post top lantern LED type 25watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant, complete with driver and lamp complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bollard type 10 watt LED garden light , with 600 mm height, decorative and in cylindrical shape, with integrated driver, giving soft and comfortable uniform light distribution, with opal diffuser & aluminium reflector, complete with fixing bolts/nuts & all accessories / fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings, cutting carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of existing steel tubular poles 9.00 metre long with one coat of Aluminium paint on pole including clamps, brackets fitted/ fixed on pole, above to 1.20 metre height of pole including preparing the steel surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and providing reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour green and white around the pole of pattern alongwith pole number marking with black paint as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, and fixing in replacement truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of aluminium paint externally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with white and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying in repairs PVC conduit pipe 20-25 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M& L for Earthing in replacement complete, testing, installation in replacement with galvanized steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected with and including GI /Steel 32 mm x 6mm earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron / steel complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, funnel, plain cement concrete (1 :3:6) type C-1 Chamber, precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 pit cover of appropriate size with and including steel reinforcement, of thickness 50mm, charcoal, common salt including protection of earthing strip by and including 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade and 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade pipe for watering complete all as specified as shown on drg/ plates as indicated and as directed including dismantling existing earthing and removing demolished materials outside the MoD land as directed.

Notes :- (a) RCC pit cover shall be precast with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c bothways. (b) Earth lead 32mm x 6m of galvanised iron/ steel protected with 40mm bore GI pipe shall be provided upto a length of 7.50 metre.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of LT FEEDER PILLAR shall be made of CRCA sheet ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN, feeder pillar made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame and legs, 04 Nos legs 750 mm long, including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate,outdoor type with single door on front and back, duly powder coated with approved shade ,including taking down oid unserviceable LT Feeder pillar complete all as specified and directed.

INCOMING: (i) MCCB 100 Amp 4P 415 Volts, 50 HZ, , breaking capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release -01 No. (ii) BUS BAR: 150A Aluminium TPN heat shrink insulated including all connection with aluminum strip -1Set. (iii) METERING: Multifunction Meter (VAF+PF) with CT’s & Set of R Y B Led Indicating Lamps -1Set.

OUTGOING: (i) MCCB 63A 4P 415 Volts, 50 HZ, breaking capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release -02 Nos (ii) TPN 4 pole, 32 Amp 10KA, 415 volt - 01 No (iii) Single dial timer switch 40A TP - 01 No (iv) Contactors 9A - 02 Nos (v) Earthing Terminals - 2 Nos. (vi) Factory made name plates and danger Notice Plate dully riveted / Pasted on front door -1 No. Note: The contractor shall submit set of all drawing of feeder pillar and its componets in duplicate and get same approved from GE before commencement of production.

NOTES:- (a) Conveyance and necessary T&P, ladders, PVC insulation tapes, minor nuts/ bolts /washers for repairing & maintaining the services shall be provided by the contractor.
