M&L laying premix bituminous macadam using 20mm size graded crushed stone aggregate (grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm), mixed with binder content (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) in single layer complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) For price adjustment of bitumen content, refer Sch 'A' Notes. (ii) A Board of Officers shall be ordered by GE well before execution of item to ascertain the quality, quantity & locations of work.

M&L repair to potholes of depth not exceeding 30mm, area not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. by using pressured air, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer(paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm by using mechanical sprayer, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) complete all as specified & directed. Note: A Board of Officers shall be ordered by GE well before execution of item to ascertain the quality, quantity & locations of work.

M&L preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brooming or brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all dust/dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer including laying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous pre-mixed, hot mix, semi-dense asphaltic concrete with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORT&H specification in single layer using binder content (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 5.5% by weight of the total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified & directed. S&F in repair solar road stud of aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to IP 67), size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm), high efficiency monocrystal solar panel 2.4volt/0.3watt, one Nickel cadmium rechargeable battery (1.2volt/1600mAh) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mili-candela, night view distance upto 1000mtr, designed to bear minimum load approx 10 tonnes and fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos. 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45mm/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection, workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours including PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (minimum size 150mm x 150mm x 300mm) and necessary excavation/earthwork for embedding of delineator complete all as specified & directed. M&L preparation of bituminous surface and painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads/pavements by hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint(white/yellow) inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H, applied in uniform thickness of atleast 2.5mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gram per sqm & painting materials @ 650 gram per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified & directed. Note: Hot applied thermoplastic road marking materials shall be confirming to BS 3262-1989.

S&F in repair plastic speed breaker designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load of it. The body of the speed breaker is made of ABS material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long period, approx size 750mm x 250mm x 75mm of each piece, laid & fixed on road along the length of ABS Engineering plastic speed breaker adjacent to each other complete all as specified & directed. S&F in replacement road safety convex mirror 1000mm outer dia, outdoor type, made of polycarbonate reflective mirror, ABS body with hood, including mounting hardware, fixed to ground with suitable MS pipe post as specified, unbreakable and stronger than glass meant for road turning, intersection curves, T junction, hospitals, parking lots, idea for surveillance etc., should have clear & define mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Dark Eye / 3M / Tata BP Solar / Pioneer Swift / Shakti / Sheetal Notes:-(i) Necessary earthwork in soft/loose soil and PCC for fixing shall be executed as per requirement and deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) PCC foundation block of 1:2:4, type B-1 of size 300mm x 300mm x 400mm shall provided for fixing. (iii) MS pipe as a post, 80 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 mtr long shall be fixed as directed alongwith fixing arrangement and deemed to be included in quoted rates.

For Credit Schedule refer Tender documents. The amount of Credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive Contract sum.
